We truly LOVE this property as it is all on one level, with every square foot having usable space. In short we believe it is one of the best designed homes, by the builder, within the community.

Inside the Home:
Features that we especially like are that it has separation from the master and the other two bedrooms allowing for privacy within the home. Another big plus is the wonderfully vaulted great room that allows for interaction from both the kitchen and main sitting room area. We developed the home with two different TV/Sitting rooms in mind, for that time when a sporting event and the bachelor are on at the same time. When putting this home together, nothing was left to chance. We worked with a designer and seamstress to create a feeling of warmth and connectivity in the home from the bedding, drapery, wall colors, and furnishings.

Outside the Home:
With a golf course lot it offers privacy out the back without the possibility of an errant golf ball given it looks down the fairway of the Johnson Ranch golf Course. We added interlocking patio stones in the backyard, creating two sitting areas to take advantage of both the sun and the shade on days that are getting too warm. The backyard also contains a small putting green to try out your skills before getting on the course.
