Only good thing was the view

The view and location was incredible. Pictures on the website didnt show the hole in the kitchen ceiling and the black dirt coming out of the vents.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at the beach house. Clean and comfy. Right on the beach with lots of toys and beach items to use. Excellent communication from the host! Thanks for a great trip!

Nice cozy home with great view

The house has beautiful view, especially sunrise. It is an older home but has lots of charm. We had a family situation and Hank was so kind and flexible with the booking. We definitely will come back. Thank you for a great stay.

Family getaway

Perfect location. Priceless view. Loved cooking dinner for family of 7 and all sitting together to eat. Furniture very comfortable. Home had everything stocked we could need on our stay. Hank was amazing.

Right on the beach!

This house is right on the beach. Fabulous location. The beach here wasn't too busy, perfect for keeping track of a 3 year old! The house had everything we needed; kitchen stuff, beach toys, boogie boards. We would definitely stay here again!

Beachfront stay!

The property was awesome. Loved the easy access to the beach due to it being beachfront! It was a great stay, the house had everything you needed and we couldn’t have asked for a better week. Thank you Hank!

Great location for winter getaway

We enjoyed our stay and being able to conveniently walk right out to the beach. The location is great. The path to the beach was partly overgrown, but maybe it is not so in the summertime. House was roomy as a family of 4.

Beautiful stay

We had a lovely week at this property. It is a one-minute walk to the beach. There was plenty of space for six adults to be comfortable. The beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was stocked enough to be able to easily cook for the family.

Perfect for what we wanted!

Great place on the beach. Super easy, clean and comfortable. Away from all the hustle and bustle of town. Just what we needed for spring break. We loved it!

Great Location!

My family and I had a great time in this house last weekend. We had several teenage boys with us and there was plenty of room for everyone. You can’t beat the views- my favorite spot was at the colorful high-top patio table. The interior needs some TLC but with a beach front property, there’s not much time spent indoors anyways. :)

Perfect beach vacation!

We enjoyed every second of our stay! Immediate beach access and stunning gulf views from the decks along with the friendly waters created a beach cottage haven for our family of five. Even the teens had fun! The house was well-stocked & had beach accessories & toys for guests' enjoyment. Would recommend for a fun, relaxing family getaway!

Excellent location!

We rent a house right on the sand every July, and this one was great! We loved the large living spaces with the giant windows. The beach was gorgeous and never crowded, like having our own private beach to ourselves. Thank you for a lovely week!

Perfect

The location of the house was perfect for us. The beach and ocean were right out the back door. The house was clean and had everything we needs for our short stay. I would recommend this house to friends and family and I would stay there again.
