What a magical and beautiful stay!! Our host was kind, very accommodating, and thoughtful and made it easy for us to check in. The place is so beautiful and comfortable and literally could not be more perfect! Listening to the waves, seeing so many stars, the sunrises and sunsets on the water were beyond spectacular! Thank you for such a peaceful and perfect way to celebrate our 13th Anniversary! Our host was even accommodating for our cat who also enjoyed the adventure! I cannot recommend this spot and host enough!

Amazing Vibes

We loved staying here. Such a great layout and had all the necessities! We cooked every night at the house as a family , which makes us all so happy! Great location, right in the gulf side with private beach access! Heaven!

Only good thing was the view

The view and location was incredible. Pictures on the website didnt show the hole in the kitchen ceiling and the black dirt coming out of the vents.

Nice cozy home with great view

The house has beautiful view, especially sunrise. It is an older home but has lots of charm. We had a family situation and Hank was so kind and flexible with the booking. We definitely will come back. Thank you for a great stay.

Family getaway

Perfect location. Priceless view. Loved cooking dinner for family of 7 and all sitting together to eat. Furniture very comfortable. Home had everything stocked we could need on our stay. Hank was amazing.

Great stay!

We had a great stay at the beach house. Clean and comfy. Right on the beach with lots of toys and beach items to use. Excellent communication from the host! Thanks for a great trip!

Disappointing

Ants, everywhere. Also Roaches & Mosquitos already inside property upon arrival. Missing siding with exposed insulation. The constant banging of the loose siding in the wind against kids wall. Downstairs kept running. Inside was not cleaned. Floors dirty. Bathrooms, tubs, inside cabinets & drawers all unclean. Deck & colored chairs were about it for this location. Property was not rent-ready, needs much post-storm maintenance.

Great location. Comes with shaky floors and rats.

This is a great location right on the beach. The house is older and there's a lot that comes with that. The floors feel like they are going to fall through. Some doors don't close. There was no extra toilet paper or trash bags and only one kitchen towel. None of the knives are sharp enough to cut anything with. Oh, and there are rats in the house. The rats ate through two bread bags and one of the rats got stepped on in the middle of the night as someone was going to the bathroom.

Great Location!

My family and I had a great time in this house last weekend. We had several teenage boys with us and there was plenty of room for everyone. You can’t beat the views- my favorite spot was at the colorful high-top patio table. The interior needs some TLC but with a beach front property, there’s not much time spent indoors anyways. :)

Right on the beach!

This house is right on the beach. Fabulous location. The beach here wasn't too busy, perfect for keeping track of a 3 year old! The house had everything we needed; kitchen stuff, beach toys, boogie boards. We would definitely stay here again!
