Welcome to our beach home—we’re so glad you’re here.

This property holds a special place in our story. Years ago, as an interior designer, I was hired to design this very home for a Dallas couple building their dream retreat by the coast. I poured my heart into every detail, never imagining that one day it would become ours.

Life came full circle when, years later, the owner reached out to us before listing the home, knowing how much care and intention had gone into its design. We were honored—and incredibly excited—to say yes.

Today, this home reflects both its original vision and the thoughtful updates we’ve made over time. As a designer and small business owner, I’m passionate about creating spaces that feel layered, welcoming, and effortless to live in. Every room has been carefully considered to balance beauty and comfort.

We’re delighted to share this home with guests who appreciate a well-designed space, coastal views, and a place to truly unwind.

We chose this neighborhood for its quieter, more relaxed feel—it’s on a less crowded side of the island where you can truly unwind and enjoy a more private beach experience. You won’t be competing for space here, which makes a noticeable difference, especially during peak seasons.

One of the things we love most is the setting. The home offers unobstructed views of both the Gulf and the Bay, along with stunning sunrise and sunset moments right from the decks. And with the boardwalk just a one-minute walk away, getting to the beach is effortless.

As an interior designer, I’ve also intentionally shaped the home to complement its surroundings—creating a space that feels casual, comfortable, and quietly luxurious. It’s designed to be as functional as it is beautiful, so guests can fully relax and enjoy their time here.

We’ve also made it easy to settle in and enjoy the beach lifestyle—from provided beach gear to pet-friendly touches—so you can spend less time planning and more time enjoying.

This location truly offers the best of both worlds: peaceful, scenic, and still incredibly convenient.

What truly sets our property apart is the level of design and intention behind every detail. As a professional interior designer, I originally designed this home years before it became ours—so it carries a layered, curated feel you won’t find in a typical rental.

From unobstructed Gulf and Bay views and multiple outdoor living spaces, to hotel-quality bedding, a fully stocked kitchen, and thoughtfully provided beach gear, everything is designed to make your stay feel effortless and elevated.
