Amazing views, fireplace was perfect, kitchen was well appointed with everything you need. Mattress was comfortable with extra pillows and that was wonderful. Parking area was large but I would recommend (if driving a truck) to pull into the driveway below and back up into Snow Hill driveway. The cabin was perfect! The video games were a nice bonus and we loved playing pac-man! We will definitely stay again!

Everything was so clean and organized. The shower upstairs leaked through the floor. I messaged them and they acknowledged right away so I didn’t have to worry about it! The view was even better in person than the photos. Hot tub was already on and hot when we got there to use right away. The lock on the door got stuck a couple times but was otherwise very easy to use! Definitely will be staying here again thank you!

My wife and I stayed here for a anniversary weekend getaway. The cabin, property, and views were amazing. While we were there a large snow storm hit Gatlinburg. 12" of snow accumulated overnight. We ended up trapped on the top of mountain in the snow. We asked about extending our stay and the host refused an extension. They claimed they had more people staying the following night, as if their cleaning crew was making it up the mountain. We ended up having to leave the cabin and ended up getting stuck on the mountain roads for 8hrs before we got rescued.

We had an amazing time! Snow Hill was beautiful an the views were absolutely amazing! My 1st trip to Gatlinburg and got engaged ontop of the tower at Anakeesta! Only thing I was alittle let down about was with it being Christmas time (I absolutely love Christmas)the cabin wasn't really decorated for Christmas, while there was a cute small tan tree it just seemed like it was part of the everyday decor. Which wasn't a deal breaker but would have made the trip and engagement that much more magical. All n all I would highly recommend Snow Hill if you are looking for a beautiful cabin with amazing veiws. We will definitely be back!

The views are absolutely incredible!! The cabin was very nice and clean. Location was nice and quiet but a very short driving distance to all the great attractions. Communication with the rental company was excellent! We will definitely book this property again!

This place gives new meaning to the term “secluded”! About two miles up the mountain, and only one other cabin in view (and that’s through the trees). Awesome view from the deck overlooking the valley. We felt like we were all alone up there. The cabin is just so cute and spacious, the bed is comfortable, the hot tub is great. We played pool and PacMan. I can’t wait to go back there again!

The cabin was clean, decorated nicely, very relaxing, and the view of the mountains was spectacular. We wanted to sit on the balcony all day and night and soak in the views. The cabin had all the amenities that we needed, and our stay was very enjoyable and relaxing.

The cabin was absolutely amazing!! There is a hot tub on the deck, washer and dryer, all appliances, and cooking utensils. The views are exceptional! Have a rainy day, stay in and play pool or the arcade machine. We will be staying here again!

Our stay was fantastic. The view was everything we ever wanted for a stay in Gatlinburg! So quiet and peaceful! We loved sitting on the porch every morning and drinking coffee! We had a little porch kitty all week that hung out with us who was the sweetest baby ever (she was the best unexpected perk to our vacation). The location was perfect… 20ish min to Gatlinburg- 30-40 ish to pigeon forge. We had the best vacation staying in Snow Hill cabin.. we will definitely be back to stay!!

It is very relaxing. Peaceful to see the mountain and nature. It is very quiet. Bear, a small kitten and racoons visit us. We had relaxing time using a hot tub.

The log cabin had a gorgeous overlook of the Mountain range from the back porch. It’s very secluded other than very few cabins nearby. Very clean, all the necessary utilities such as washer/dryer, dishwasher, normal size refrigerator w/freezer. A very Large and comfy bed in the master bedroom. We had a wonderful time, lounging and planning in the living room with the rustic log interior and stone fire place. The property does include a nice hot tub on the back porch which was very nice to relax in after all the walking during the site seeing and activities. The showers seemed very new and very cleanly. Definitely exceeded our needs at a very reasonable price.

When the owners purchased the Heavenly Views Resort in 2019, they were and are convinced that they have found the 8th Wonder Of The World. Pictures and videos do not give this resort justice. You must see and witness the majestic mountain views, the wonderful serenity, the awesome amenities and the vast amusement attractions for individuals and families. You will find few if any other resorts/areas in the United States that compare or come close.
