Great stay
The studio was perfect for our stay. The view of Diamond Head was great. The beach was not a far walk. Plenty of restaurants and things to do within walking distance. The staff was great. They host was easy to work with before our stay.

Getaway
Unit shares a wall with two elevators and they are very noisy all through the night. Probably should mention that in the unit description so guests are aware of the noise. Otherwise the unit was great.
I liked the space of the unit, the amenities in the unit, and the location of Aqua Palms Waikiki. Our unit was clean, and came with must have coffee maker, a full sized fridge, microwave, and a toaster! Parking structure is pretty narrow so word of caution, be careful with bigger SUVs, and pretty steep to enter the parking structure too!

The object is rather an enhanced hotel room than an apartment with excellent proximity to the beach and shopping opportunities. However, it faces directly to a during the morning and evening very noise main road. Advertised kitchenette is misleading. Neither includes a stove nor a sink. Dishes to be washed in the bathroom. Further some basics such as a toaster are also missing.

Nice location, a bit noisy
Great location, walkable distance to western part of Waikiki or an easy Uber ride. The best part about it was the free parking on-site. However, the parking is most conducive to a small vehicle, as the turns getting up to the parking spot are a little tight. The downside was that the bed was not very comfortable, and the noise level was more than we expected. The elevator noise adjacent to the room and the street noise from traffic on Ala Moana Blvd were not as conducive to sleeping as we had hoped. The room was nice and large.

Great location for a weeklong stay!
My girlfriends and I felt very comfortable during our week-long stay at this location. The pullout bed was very comfortable!
Appreciated the surplus of towel hooks (I know that sounds silly - but it was great to be able to hang up all the bath and beach towels)
The location was a short distance (about 7 min. walk) to Waikiki beach, a little further walking distance to the mall/restaurants.
Having a larger-sized refrigerator was very useful. I would recommend arranging a cooler rental before you arrive because the local ABC stores didn't offer one to rent.
The location was perfect, close to the beach and easy drive to the highway for trips around the island. The parking garage is tight - but sooo nice to have a designated parking spot! A HUGE PLUS for this rental in my opinion.
We were short a few beach towels and I reached out to the host about getting two more. Mark was quick to have the cleaner drop some off later that day! Great communication, and fast action to rectify the issue.
One thing that would be nice is to supply a few laundry soap pods/or a small container of laundry detergent. We bought some but only for a few loads of laundry (bath towels/washcloths) so we had a lot left over and it seemed a bit wasteful - we did leave it for the next guest!
Great breakfast spots nearby - we loved Goofy Cafe and Da Hi Brew they are both just a short walk away. Would love to come back and will definitely stay here again!

Had a wonderful stay. Central and accessible for all attractions in Waikiki
Wonderful stay. My adult daughter stayed with us the entire time. Sofa bed was comfortable as well. There is no real kitchen but huge fridge and microwave was sufficient for our 5 day stay,

Spacious unit in a very good location
I would recommend staying here despite some of the issues which I assume will be taken care of. It's a nice unit, but not "elegant".(The picture shown with carpeting is out of date.) Despite the unit being quite nice, the public spaces (halls and lobby) are very run down-chipped paint, very dirty furniture in the lobby and tired carpet in the hallways. There are no hotel ammenities for the condominium. All questions and requests are handled by Mark who is with another company. He is very responsive. A pleasure to deal with. The bed, armchair and couch were comfortable and there were many drawers in numerous dressers. The unit has a medium sized refrigerator that is quite loud (24 hours/day). There were plenty of towels provided. The six pillows were very flat and need to be replaced. The shower curtain needs to be replaced right away. There is no mildew but it is very thin and has very old hooks. One was missing so two holes were combined with one hook. There was no way to have the curtain run from one wall the the other. There is no drain plug, so no baths. I reported the dripping faucet in the bathroom sink the first day, but there was never any response. The picture of the bathroom is not accurate. There is very low lighting over the sinks. I do not think the floors in the main room had been mopped prior to our arrival. I was wearing white socks/no shoes and they became absolutely black with in a day. Mark indicated that he'd send someone to mop. I'm not sure if it actually happened. A section of the wall to the left of the "kitchenette" has no paint or wallpaper. There is no ice maker as described. Some of the hotel floors have ice makers in the halls that we used. I suspect that lack of business due to COVID has contributed to the overall building conditions. Hopefully, it will be brought up to what one would expect.

Great stay on Waikiki
This is a very good and professionally run team. The suite is clean and cheerful. The host is prompt with communication. The location is within walking distance of some great restaurants and shops. The view is of mostly tall buildings (terrific at night) and a peak at Diamond Head in the daytime.

The location is ideal at the Marina side of Waikiki where you can walk and visit the most famous hotels, beaches, and finest shopping. Also we're just 10 mins walk to the Convention Center and on all main bus routes.
