THE CONDDO AND GROUNDS WERE GREAT. THE ONLY REASON THIS IS A 4 STAR NOT A FIVE IS BECAUSE YOU HAVE TO PAY EXTRA TO USE THE POOL. THE WIFE READ THAT ITS 40.00 PER DAY PER PERSON. HAD I KNOWN THIS BEFORE RENTING I WOULDN'T HAVE RENTED HERE AND THATS TO BAD BECAUSE WE REALLY A LIKE THE AREA.

Great place to lay our heads

We came down to Gulf Shores for the Sand in my Boots festival. The location is about 25 minutes from the festival grounds, which was great for getting away for the craziness after the shows were over. The drive back and forth was a breeze.Check in and check out we’re super simple. The location was very private with secure entrances on both sides. I would definitely book here again.

Reviewer Comments: The condo was nice but the back sliding doors stick something awful. It was mentioned in a previous review but must have never been fixed. My sons and my self got stuck outside multiple times and my husband wld have to really work at it for a good amount of time to free us. The most disappointing thing is that it’s cost $100 dollars a day on top of what you already pay to use the pool. The pool is nice but it’s not a $100 a day pool you cld take you family to a waterpark for the day for the same price.

Good but may need improvement

The condo is very nice, well equipped but dated. The rugs are scratchy so no walking barefoot. Still in process of checking cleanliness of extra bedroom. Will know more later.

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I took both my sons here for their birthdays. The property location is beautiful. This unit was very nasty. The rugs in the bathrooms smelled like urine, the white couch was stained and discolored with brown spots, and neither the showers nor tubs in either bathroom had been cleaned. We called to notify management, they sent out someone to clean the next day while we were gone. They took up the rugs and ran a plain wet mop across the dining room floor only. I had to purchase cleaning supplies and clean the unit myself. The kitchen trash can was even nasty with food in the bottom under the bag smelling like fish. I did not have a working television in the master bedroom until the day before we left, and we could barely see on the living room tv because of the black that covered the top left and bottom right of the screen because the picture tube was going out. We were locked out of the property the first 5 nights because we came back after 10 pm and did not have a code to get in until 2 nights before we left. The guards at the gate asked us daily are we leaving soon, and on the day before when my answer was tomorrow, he said "GOOD RIDDANCE!" Each time my sons walked to cabana beach they were approached and asked if they were lost or on the wrong property. The walls are paper thin also. You can hear the snoring from the people in the next unit.

Beautiful View and Quiet Location

Sitting on screened porch looking out over golf course was peaceful. Spacious, well equipped kitchen, comfortable beds, and large master suite.

Awesome Place and Stay!

What a wonderful experience we had staying at this condo and location! The condo was decorated so lovely and well equipped for us to cook and enjoy as if it were our own home! We look forward to renting this condo again next year. This trip was extra meaningful to us because I am facing intensive cancer treatments in two weeks. This stay at beautiful Gulf Shores and specifically this condo, really distracted me from thinking about my journey ahead. The host answered all of our questions quickly and even had lights on the artificial plants in the condo since we stayed there over Christmas. Thank you hosts for an amazing experience! Wonderful place & planning on returning

Terrific property & the Peninsula golf course is phenomenal. It’s a peaceful place to stay. Guard on post 24 hrs a day which made us feel safe. It’s not really close to restaurants so I suggest cooking.
