Sea Oats I-103 is a super cute 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit located on Little Lagoon, directly across the street from the beach. The complex offers deeded beach access to the Gulf. Please note, there is no elevator at this property.

PET FRIENDLY: One dog 30 lbs or less is allowed. A $150 non-refundable pet fee will be added to your stay. Any additional cleaning charges will be billed to your credit card.

Condo Features:

• Access to the balcony from the living room and both bedrooms

• Fully equipped kitchen with everything you could need in your home away from home. Dining room table seats six

• Full-size washer and dryer inside the unit

• Living area has a sleeper sofa

• Primary bedroom has a king-size bed

• Second bedroom has a queen-size bed

• No waiting in long lines for check-in or check-out with keyless entry

• Maximum of two cars allowed

$400 FREE Activities Daily-Guests will receive one complimentary admission to our select activities per day. You can go to every one of these activities every day, and one person will be free per day. Additional guests will pay full price. Admissions are non-cumulative and non-transferable. Unused admissions expire daily.

So yes, you may choose to go fishing in the morning (one person is free), then golf at lunch (one person is free), and then go to the zoo that afternoon (one person is free). Or you may choose to go to the zoo in the morning with the kids (one person is free), and your husband can play golf (one person is free) and then meet that afternoon to go on the dolphin cruise (one person is free.) You may do some or all of these select activities every day, and one of your parties is free every day.

These activities are yours to use if you choose to do so at no additional cost or obligation.

*Does not apply to monthly reservations, and some activities are seasonal

Nice unit, good location. Coupons were a great add on. Everything seemed clean and was functional. The only sore spot holding a 4-5 star back was the total lack of professionalism by the maintenance team that came through during our week. They banged out door hard and might have waited 5 seconds before using their master key to gain access. Rude, pushy, basically unannounced. As a father to a young daughter, I was extremely upset by the boorish behavior. Property management probably knew a scheduled service was due and coming through our building during my family's stay. Telling us so would have been an attitude changer. Parking was great though, too. The storage rooms could use a purge. Those would have been nice with either less stuff in general or only cleanish, unbroken extras, leaving room for the items we could have stored.

Great Stay-"Sand in my Boots" Weekend

Great stay at Sea Oats. The pools were very nice, and access to the beach right across the street was great! Met some condo owners at the pool, some first timers like us and some repeat customers, and all were happy folks. While this is an older complex it was well maintained and a good place to stay. We would stay here again. The coffee pot was not working properly, so I would recommend a replacement :)

Wonderful vacation

Enjoyed our stay at Sea Oats. Nice beach access. Pool was as nicer than any hotel we have been to. Enjoyed sitting out at the dock shelters in the evening. Everyone we met was so friendly. Would not mind coming back to stay again!

Disappointed

Pros and cons 1. Condo had not been cleaned upon arrival at 4:30 (not informed that it wasn’t ready) 2. Forced to go to dinner when we planned to cook at the condo and relax after a 7 hour drive (we brought freezer and refrigerated foods) 3. Condo cleaned in about an hour and a half after we left to go get dinner. 4. House keeper did not have key and we had to drive back to condo to provide key, interrupting our dinner. 5. Cleaning fee was refunded and was offered an excursion for our entire party (we were there for ball tournaments and had a booked schedule that wouldn’t allow us to take part of any sort of excursion. 6. Asked for refund for one night since we couldn’t get into condo until 8:30pm and was declined request. 7. Management was prompt to answer back 8. Close to the beach 9. Hallway for condo entrances with stained carpets and odor in hall 10. Extra, clean, linens that were forgotten when condo got cleaned were left in dirty hallway the next morning.

Most disappointing VRBO we have ever stayed at

I feel like the other reviewers were less than honest, or they did not have the issues we had, since we were there for about 3 weeks. The listing DOES say that there is no elevator, and I missed that part until I got there. Wow! what a difference it makes when there is one! Let me start with the positives: The kitchen is well stocked. The management company (iTrip) was fantastic! They were very responsive and helpful. It is also in Gulf Shores, I would say on the wrong side of the public beach (east has more walkability) but that may be arguable. The condo does have a beach access, but the beach is not very well maintained or usable. Now the negative: The Condo suffers from being aged, it has creaky floors as well as very uneven floors. By the bedrooms, there is a dip that can make you lose your footing. It smelled molding and musty. We had people upstairs and could hear every move they made, as well as when their dog was playing. They seemed to be stomping around all the time, night and day. Absolutely no sound proofing! I see others commenting about hearing neighbors as well in their reviews. Everything in the condo was the absolutely cheapest that could be bought, especially the appliances. The dishwasher was incredibly loud, with no sound proofing, the microwave was the cheapest that Walmart had on hand. The stove was from the 80's. The pool is not heated, and the hot tub is turned off when we were there (January). Not a walkable place. It was not a great stay!

Loved it!

We had a wonderful 4 night stay. The condo is in a perfect location. You do have to cross the street to get to the beach, but its far enough down, there isn't much traffic and close enough to the main area that it doesn't take long to get to all the restaurants and things & shops. The rooms where plenty big. It was a plus to have 2 bathrooms. Beds were comfy. Living area was nice. Balcony was great. Washer & Dryer were great. Full kitchen with every dish, cooking utensil you would need. Plenty of towels and washcloths for our family of 4. Only 2 things I would wish to change: 1 when they say they do not provide condiments they mean it. No salt & pepper, no cooking spray. Nothing. Please consider including those. No one wants to have to travel with or buy that stuff. 2 Pillows. the ones that were on the master bed where paper thin. I didn't travel with my own pillow and man I regretted it. And maybe one ore thing. Bath mats would be great. :) Would definitely stay there again.

Perfect place to stay by the beach

My friends and I stayed here for the duration of hangout music festival. The unit was exactly like the pictures. Super clean and a few steps away from the beach. It was easy for us to make ourselves at home. The wifi was a bit spotty/slow, but cell service was good. Overall I would recommend this place to anyone who’s visiting gulf shores.

Weekend getaway

The unit looked exactly like the pictures, everything was in order. The location was great!!! Just the right distance from attractions, shopping and eating. Also the beach was a short walk across the street. We we're very happy with everything.
