Welcoming, very clean, quaint little room. Big bathroom and small kitchen set up. Happy and Kathy were very responsive and lovely people.

My stay was lovely. Everything was clean, and Happy was quick to provide both recommendations for the area as well as anything that I needed to be comfortable during my stay. I was able to work remotely using the wifi and a table, and would come back anytime!

Quaint stay in Kanab

We had a wonderful time at Happy's place. Everything you need to enjoy sunrises and sunsets. Plus, the accommodations with clean and had the necessary amenities, such as, coffee, toiletries, bedding, etc. Visiting our daughter was easy and enjoyable.

Happy’s place was adequate for our stay. We stayed in the unit next to the garage. Neighborhood was very safe and quiet. Happy was nice and willing to assist in any way. The mattress was just ok. The shower head should be replaced as the water coming out was like a pressure washer. Don’t let the water hit your face. Lots of nice restaurants in the area.

The property owner was very nice and helpful. We stayed there 1night only since we r traveling. Very nice and quiet place. I love how the bathroom is very clean even when we enter the room it was very clean.
We had our dinner outside where we stayed. I love the view.

Incredible stay and fantastic host

We had a great time in Happy's apartment, it is very homey, and clean, and it is very conveniently located for visiting Zion and Bryce national parks. Happy, thank you so much for your hospitality!

Great stay with great views

The owner is a great guy and does everything to make your stay pleasant. Killer size bathroom really makes it nice too! Will visit again. Sure beats a sterile hotel room Close to town and easy to get around, Kanab is glorious!

Amazing Place!

Wonderful accommodations, cute room and large bathroom!! Super friendly host!! Happy was very personal and helpful with planning our national park visits and recommendations with where to eat. Great property and porch with amazing views!!! We would definitely stay here again!!

Fantastic stay

We had a fantastic time staying here. Happy was very helpful and generous, he makes some awesome homemade ice cream that he was always willing to share. He also gave us some awesome advice on where to go for dinner or for a morning coffee. I would definitely recommend staying here for anyone traveling through Kanab.

Perfect Getaway Spot for Relaxation

I went up to Kanab on personal walkabout and stayed at Happy's place. He is a great guy and the room I stayed in was very clean and comfy. Easy to get to Zion and Bryce. Will never forget this trip.

Kathy and Happy enjoy meeting folks from around the world. We often take guests on local hikes, and as scheduling permits, enjoy a meal together. We live on the property. We also share two classic Volkswagen campers that guests can use for an evening meal or late night libations! A very cozy, unique experience.

This is a very private property with a stunning view of the local red cliffs, and a view of the Kaibab Plateau ( the northern half of the Grand Canyon). It's also remarkably quiet, and very dark at night: you can see the Milky Way and stargaze. It's only four minutes to the center of town.
