We enjoyed our stay tremendously. Clean, homey living space that was walkable distance to downtown food and coffee as well as the farmers market! Quick communication with the host who was very accommodating. Would definitely stay again.

We stayed In Des Moines for a “Sisters” weekend. The loft was exactly how it was described. Very nicely decorated, Very spacious. The balcony on the roof top was awesome! We definitely would stay here again!

Great location!

The property is beautiful, the deck at the top is great. Location is super convenient to downtown. Having the garage is a real plus. The only thing I would say negative is that the Kitchen is not well stocked so if you plan on cooking it may be a challenge.

Beautiful Property Close to Downtown

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this Vrbo! The home was exactly as described—clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The location was ideal for our trip, close to downtown, but still quiet and peaceful. The host was incredibly responsive and kind while booking our stay. We would 100% book this VRBO again when visiting Des Moines.

Perfect Girl's Weekend

This place is in the perfect location to wander the East Village. Within walking distance to great shopping, bars, and restaurants. Second time staying here and would recommend!

Great Des Moines Spot

We truly enjoyed our stay at this loft. It was beautifully decorated, very spacious, and well stocked. Nice location making it very walkable to downtown locations. Easy access to the highway and all of the Des Moines attractions. We loved the rooftop space it was a nice bonus. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again.

Wonderful property

We enjoyed our stay at Holly’s place very much! It was clean, beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It’s located within walking distance of the Capitol and shops, restaurants. It was nice having a garage to park in. We would definitely stay here again!

Perfect

We travel to Des Moines fairly regularly and have always stayed in hotels - this trip was sooo much better for having stayed here!! Location and accommodations were perfect and the rooftop patio was icing on the cake. We walked to our favorite spots and had room for secure parking for both vehicles. We will book this property when we return!!

Amazing Girls Weekend

Beautiful home with everything needed! We loved the rooftop. Great views of downtown Des Moines especially at night! We were within walking distance of restaurants and shops. Amazing hosts and everything was ready for us. The check-in and checkout process was very easy and we enjoyed our stay!

Excellent location and property

This loft is really great and in a wonderful neighborhood - easy to walk to eat and get coffee. The interior is really pretty and the rooms are great - love the rooftop deck! I definitely recommend this place!

Great Stay

The house was perfect for our stay. We attended basketball games at the Wells Fargo arena and this location was great. Easy walk to the games and restaurants.

Perfect!

We had 5 adults in our party and stayed for the Savannah Banana game. The location was perfect, we were able to walk downtown and to Prinicipal Park! Everything was secure, ample street parking, bedrooms and baths clean and comfortable but the star of the show was the rooftop deck!!! Communication was excellent, would stay again

Great Locations

The townhouse was in an awesome location in Des Moines. It was within walking distance to cute shops and restaurants. There was plenty of room for our family of 5. My kids especially enjoyed the rooftop deck. It was a great experience overall and we would stay here again when back in the area!

Little slice of heaven

This was our first stay in a condo and holly certainly set the bar high! It was one of the most beautifully decorated homes we have ever stayed in. We loved being so close to everything… the city view was gorgeous which made the rooftop terrace my favorite spot. It was clean the beds were comfy and it was a great price in my opinion Thank you so much for a wonderful stay Holly!

Easy & walkable

Quick getaway with my two sisters. Easily walked to downtown and historic east village. Had wine on the rooftop deck. Went to the downtown farmers market. Great condo, great location, would stay again.

Great Location and Place

We had a great stay here in Des Moines. The location was close to the downtown area, it was clean and had plenty of parking. Very new and modern. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

The urban location is amazing! The Loft has such a great feel with it’s high ceilings, hardwood floors and open kitchen/dining. The Living room boasts a contemporary recessed electric fireplace all open to the lovely white kitchen with stainless appliances and marble countertops. There is a powder room on the main floor.

Second floor has a spacious master suite with a king bed. Relax on the loveseat looking out the large windows framing the view. The master bath is awesome with it’s huge tiled steam shower and double vanity! There are two additional bedrooms on this level with another full bath. My favorite part is the fully furnished rooftop patio viewing the Des Moines skyline. It has a wet bar with a wine refrigerator for convenience before entering the patio. This contemporary Loft constructed in 2018 is a true gem!
