Everything you need for your stay in Moab!

The rental was clean and had everything you needed. Our 2 boys enjoyed the loft area. It is not a tall space but perfect for younger kids. The cookies were amazing.( got a little taste before the boys inhaled them 😊) Would definitely stay again and recommend this rental.

Loved our stay at this tiny house!

We loved our stay at this tiny house! The owners were quick to respond to any questions we had and everything was really clean. The loft worked well for our kids (ages 10 and 13). The current google images are out of date - the trailers that show up on google images have been removed and replaced with new tiny homes. The area is quiet and secure.

So comfortable & peaceful!!

This is one of our all time favorites! Everything from the very comfortable bed, quiet location away from the busy main st area and the quickness of response from the host when we had a maintenance issue was top notch. The handwritten note & cookies were a beautiful touch! We’ll be back, sure hope you are still doing the cookies! THANK YOU!!

Fantastic property

We absolutely loved this place. It was everything we could ask for in a great location. Though tiny, it was equipped with all we needed and more. We especially appreciated the lotion! We are not accustomed to no humidity. The cookies provided were a very nice touch also. Thank you for everything.

Small but perfect

Easy to get to town. Ability to do laundry was great. Upstairs is only about 3 feet tall so best for kids. Comfortable stay. Had shampoo, body wash, the works.

Just right for us

Our hosts were wonderfully helpful before and after arrival. The house was cozy but just right for us. It is in a great location...minutes from downtown shops and restaurants as well as close to the Sand Flats Rec area. The house is well stocked and the beds are comfy. I'm picky about the softness of sheets and bring my own but theirs were just right and I didn't unpack mine. We're looking forward to our next trip to Moab and plan to stay here again.

Great place to stay

This was the perfect vacation rental for our few days in Moab. The property was clean, spacious, well stocked with anything you could need, and in a great location. Laundromat on site and charcoal grill also big pluses.

Perfect location to be close but not too close to downtown Moab. Full size fridge and well-appointed kitchen if you don’t want to eat out all the time. We didn’t use the loft but we fantasized about being kids again and having our own TV and space. Delicious homemade cookies were a great surprise. We will stay here again when next in Moab area.

Excellent place to stay!

Compact comfort!

I was expecting something the size of a glorified RV, where we would have to take turns going across the room or you might have to wait to go to the bathroom until the person in the kitchen moved out of the way,but since we were expecting to be basically just sleeping here due to a packed vacation itenerary, I thought it was worth a shot. WOW, was I surprised! This little gem gave plenty of space for me, my husband and our 15 year old son to spread out. It was sparkling clean, had all the kitchen supplies we needed, and the king size beds and pillows were super comfy. The area is right on the edge of Moab. It was very quiet but just a couple of minutes away from all the town stuff. We were so happy to have found this place and will definitely recommend to anyone visiting Moab to book with confidence! Thank you to Sharon and your family for this thoughtfully equipped little cabin ( and the delicious cookies too!)
