Conveniently located near plenty of Sarasota's shopping and dining, your new home away from home is nice and isolated, surrounded by gorgeous views and just a quick walk from the waters of Sarasota Bay.
High-quality furnishings create a nice, pleasant atmosphere. Between internet browsing on the WiFi and internet tv on the 82" flatscreen TV, you've got all you need to stay entertained.
The kitchen with granite counters and stainless steel appliances. Leave the dishwasher to work on cleaning up as you watch the sunset, before heading to one of the three bedrooms for bed. Between a king-size bed and sofa-bed in the master bedroom, and another king-size bed in the second room, and full size double bunk bed with one extra twin size trundle in the third bedroom. Everyone will have a lovely place to sleep. There's also a laundry for your convenience.

Our stay at this home was absolutely incredible! The views were just as beautiful as pictured, and the house itself was spotless, neat, and stocked with everything we could possibly need. We especially appreciated that the property is dog-friendly, the fenced-in yard was perfect for our dogs to be outside with us worry-free.The host was wonderful, always extremely responsive and quick to get back to us with anything we needed. The location was also ideal, with a grocery store nearby and perfectly situated between Venice and Sarasota.We truly appreciated all the thoughtful extras the property offered to make guests feel at home. I would highly recommend this home to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Paradise!

We had a girls weekend trip and the house was AMAZING. The consensus was that will absolutely be returning and enjoying a little longer stay. You’re about 20-30 minutes from local beaches if you want to go the beach route, but honestly the best part of this house is the whole backyard and the view. The outdoor patio, the furniture by the pool to relax on, the pool and hot tub along with the view- you can’t beat it. We enjoyed staying here so much. Cleanliness was great, beds were comfy, will absolutely be returning! Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Family Fun

This property is awesome. Sergiy was super responsive. Location is great, close to everything for convenience. We are big walkers so the neighborhood was tough to get any walks in. But we made some amazing memories.

Our Favorite Vacation Spot – Even Better the Second Time!

This was our second year staying at this incredible home, and we already can’t wait to return. The owners are always so friendly and quick to respond to any questions or issues. The house is spotless, beautifully maintained, and has a breathtaking view, you honestly don’t even have to leave to feel like you’re on vacation.It’s perfectly located near amazing restaurants (we especially loved Deep Lagoon), but some of our best memories came from just relaxing at the house. My son loved catching crabs off the dock, and we all enjoyed watching the peaceful sunrises and sunsets every day. Mornings with breakfast and that view were the perfect start to each day.The pool was sparkling clean with the perfect water temperature, and the rooms were spacious and beautifully decorated. My boys were so excited to see how much bigger the kids’ room was this year!We’ve been coming to Sarasota from South Carolina for over 15 years, and this home has quickly become our favorite place to stay. We hope to make this our yearly tradition, it truly feels like a home away from home…with a view and pool!

Music business

Our daughter was performing her music in Siesta Key so we picked this little gem due to its location, privacy and amenities. There were 4 of us; my husband, oldest daughter, a friend and myself. We all agreed we are glad we did. It allowed us a tranquil retreat in between shows. Morning coffee by the water was my favorite thing about it. Sunsets are beautiful. The host was friendly and accommodating. I would recommend this property.

Fabulous

Three friends and I stayed here for a week in May. It was wonderful. The house was perfect for the four of us, and very nice. It had everything we needed and more. It is nicely furnished and very clean. We had zero issues during our stay. Quick Uber rides to restaurants and entertainment. Easy to order food and whatever you need for delivery. The pool was lovely. We spent our days lounging outside and enjoying the view. The neighborhood is very quiet, so if you’re looking for a party house, this isn’t the right house. It is the perfect house for an enjoyable peaceful week with friends! I highly recommend.

Nice Getaway on Sarasota Bay

Outstanding Christmas holiday!

The house is as exactly as listed and even has a beautiful Christmas tree. The view was outstanding and Sergiy was very responsive to all our inquiries. The next time we are in the area we hope to stay again!

Excellent séjour !

Very nice location, we enjoyed the activities such as canoeing and fishing at the foot of the house! Pretty well-maintained swimming pool, equipment and comfort both inside and outside the house! (Small suggestion, improve cooking equipment, pans…)

Sisters and brothers-in-law annual vacation

Gorgeous views, serene and tranquil. Beautiful place. Observed Dolphins not far in the distance and Manatees swam by twice. Loved it.

Beautiful home and amenities

Had a wonderful stay here with family celebrating our parents 70th wedding anniversary. We enjoyed the pool, sitting on the dock seeing osprey, sea birds, fish jumping and even a dolphin. A quiet community , so peaceful. The house had everything we needed, the beds were comfortable and it was very clean. We enjoyed the sunsets every night. We definitely recommend this home. Also the owners were very responsive to any questions

Amazing Holiday Stay

We were fortunate enough to stay at this property. It was absolutely well done and renovated on the inside, but the property view is incredible. With your own private pool, overlooking the bay and hot tub, there’s not much more you could ask for. It is in close proximity to Sarasota, Siesta Key and Venice. We will absolutely be back! Thank you for a perfect vacation.
