It looks just like the pictures and the sunset daily is absolutely gorgeous. The neighborhood is nice and the people are kind. We loved being short car rides away from stores, beaches and the legacy trail. The owners had great communication. Would definitely stay again.

Great first look! Delivered everyday from being minutes away from activities and beaches, and having your own privacy of a pool while seeing dolphins almost daily!Well worth the price and would go back immediately!

We had a beautiful vacation with family here. The home is lovely, clean, and has a nice pool. Beautiful sunsets in the evenings and waterfront views. The location is great and a short drive to the beaches. Host was very accommodating with check in /out. We would stay here again!

Nice Getaway on Sarasota Bay

We enjoyed our stay. Conveniently located to Siesta Key, Casey Key, and many other coastal attractions. Perfect house for a family getaway to Sarasota.

We had an amazing and relaxing time. House has such a beautiful viewsnside and outside. Close to many beaches, shopping and restaurants. House was clean and plenty of room for our family of three.

The house was very clean (new) and comfortable. All the extra toys were appreciated and made the rental top notch…from beach toys to fishing gear. And kayaks too! The Hot tub was hot and pool perfect. The sunsets and bird watching were delightful.

Beautiful Stay

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The view of the water was beautiful, the pool refreshing, and plenty of space for our group. The host was very responsive and helpful with our stay and inquiring about an early check in as a backup plan. We talked about the next time we would all stay there!

Outstanding Christmas holiday!

The house is as exactly as listed and even has a beautiful Christmas tree. The view was outstanding and Sergiy was very responsive to all our inquiries. The next time we are in the area we hope to stay again!

Very nice location, we enjoyed the activities such as canoeing and fishing at the foot of the house! Pretty well-maintained swimming pool, equipment and comfort both inside and outside the house! (Small suggestion, improve cooking equipment, pans…)

Relaxing

This vacation rental was in the best location. We had such a relaxing time by the pool and enjoyed fishing. The property manager was so accommodating and responsive. We would love to return again one day.
