Comfortable, quiet and spacious with good basic amenities within walking distance (and walks through beautiful neighborhoods nearby). Appreciated the ample off street parking.

Enjoyed our time in St. John. The owner was communicative, friendly and the accommodations were nice. Beds were cozy. And fans for both bedrooms.

Excellent location. Had trouble finding initially the correct room as the number was out of sight from the road. Having a late checkin of 1:45am didn’t help

Super Clean and Convenient

My husband, mother-in- law and I stayed for two nights. The property was very clean and contained everything we needed. Parking and entry to the property was very convenient and communication with Victor was easy and quick.

Great Location

This apartment was walkable to downtown restaurants and bars and to the Delta Hotel to catch the hop on hop off bus tour. The inside was lovely and very clean.

Very lovely place to stay

Very nice modern apartment with all necessities provided. Beds super comfortable- towels comfortable and everything very clean. Located on a nice street walkable to the downtown restaurants- approx 20 minutes

Great Location

Just minutes away from downtown and a short drive to many different tourist attractions and hiking trails. Victor was very helpful in suggesting tourist and non-tourist things to do and places to eat.

Excellent Stay

We spent just over a week and the accommodations were excellent. We walked downtown easily pretty much every evening. It provided great access to the highways and it was very spacious and comfortable. Highly recommended.

Stylish St. Johns Accommodations

Enjoyable stay. Had a problem with the wifi, but contacted the host (Victor) and got the problem fixed right away. Planned on staying 3 nights but ended up only stayed 2 nights. Got refunded for the night we did not stay. If going to St. Johns in the future will definitly check to see if this property is available.

Week in the city

Lovely house, really enjoyed the patio, central location so we walked almost everywhere. Even during a heat wave the fans and windows were enough to keep it comfortable.

Great find

The outside look didn't impress me, but the inside was exactly like the photos, very clean, tidy and inviting. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
