Mooi verblijf

Zeer mooie locatie met een idyllisch huisje. Alle basiselementen waren aanwezig. Vonden het wel allemaal zeer prijzig omdat er achteraf veel kosten bijkomen. Het huis op zich was niet het goedkoopste en dan moet je nog eens extra betalen als je airco wil gebruiken bijvoorbeeld, dat is iets dat ik nog niet meegemaakt heb gastheer en gastvrouw zijn verder heel vriendelijk. Heel mooi uitzicht. Aangenaam zwembad. Als je met een grote auto komt is het echter niet gemakkelijk want het zijn zeer kleine straatjes met steile helling en scherpe bochten.

Oliviers, piscine et soleil

Un cadre idyllique au milieu des oliviers de la vigne et des figuiers. Une petite maison typique avec le strict minimum (dont des ventilateurs), une vue magique et une piscine (sans escaliers) très bien. Le chemin d’accès ne doit pas vous décourager !

We had a lovely time in the San Eusebio villa in the heart of Tuscan hills :-) They hosts were extremely friendly and helpful and we would recommend this place for a relaxing vacation in the heart of Italian paradise!

Lage des Hauses ist sehr schön. Die Zufahrt zu diesem ist aber sehr gewöhnungsbedürftig, da sehr steile Kurven vorhanden sind. Das Haus ist alt, aber mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Die Ausstattung ist als sehr einfach zu bewerten. Der Vermieter gibt sich sehr viel Mühe um dem Gast den Aufenthalt so schön wie möglich zu gestalten. Poolreinigung wird alle 3 Tage vorgenommen. Was uns am Pool negativ aufgefallen ist, dass keine Treppe oder Leiter vorhanden ist, deshalb das herauskommen sehr schwer fällt für kranke oder ältere Leute. Wir haben uns vorsorglich ein Sonnensegel mitgenommen, weil wir sahen, dass kein Sonnenschutz vorhanden ist. Dies war die richtige Entscheidung um der prallen Sonne zu entgehen. Ansonsten ein sehr ruhig gelegener Ort zum Entspannen. Der Zugang zum Obergeschoss ist über eine Treppe, die sehr steil ist, möglich. Oben befindet sich dann ein Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad.

Tolle Lage am Berg, direkt in einem Olivenhain mit toller Aussicht. Pool und Aussicht schöner als auf den Bildern. Haus auch sehr geschmackvoll im toskanischen Stil eingerichtet. Einzig die Anfahrt zum Haus ist durch die unbefestigte Straße ein wenig mühsam. [English translation courtesy of Easy Reserve] Great location on the mountain, right in an olive grove with great views. Pool and view more beautiful than in the pictures. House also very tastefully decorated in Tuscan style. Only the access to the house is a bit tedious due to the unpaved road.

We had a wonderful visit and stay in this villa. The owners were fantastic and went out of their way to be friendly and helpful. Everything was spotless, the views incredible and it was a perfect, central location to everything in the Tuscan area. Photos below show the hill the Villa is on, views from the pool area and kitchen window. Jet Black sparkling night skies, church bells, night sounds and fresh air. It is a lovely place!
