So comfortable!

We loved the comfortable beds, slept great after long hikes at Zion. Great views of the golf course. Kids enjoyed the arcade machine and the neighborhood pools were great too.

All communication with the host was fast. Check in/out process was simple. The location was great and in the middle of everything we wanted to do during our stay. We loved having access to park our full size truck in the garage so we didn't have to unload everything after long days of excursions. I do with there was a garage remote available though.The home was beautiful with the primary bedroom separate from the other bedrooms which would be nice for people sharing with other adults. We only used the primary bedroom. The home was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed for our stay. We loved waking up the first day with a roadrunner outside the bedroom slider! We also had a turtle visit us one morning.The views were great and we loved the video arcade game!We had a hard time with the front door lock but its possible it was user error and not an issue with the lock. They did post instructions on the lock if you got into trouble like we did.The community was beautiful and was nice for walks. We didn't use the pools but they were really nice.We would have loved to stay longer (this was offered by the host but we had to head home). I would recommend this home and would definitely stay again.

Great place to stay

Very easy check in, great location, and comfortable well-equipped townhome with beautiful views. Would definitely stay here again. Only issue was getting TV to stream in living room but didn't deter from our stay as we did not really use it much.

This house served my needs perfectly. Having a two car garage made my trip possible, as I am a commercial photographer, and needed a safe place to park my truck (loaded with camera and lifting equipment) and a towable manlift. Both fit inside the garage perfectly. The house looked exactly like the photos on the listing, was well equipped (we cooked every night), the bbq was full of propane and clean, the views of the golf course were amazing at all hours of the day, but sunsets were phenomenal. Will definitely book this location again.

A light by the entry would have been beneficial since trying to hold a cellphone flashlight and hold the handle while punching in the code was tricky. The second bedroom could have used a nightstand by the bed. Otherwise, a very nice place to stay!

Perfect Setting

We were in town for Ironman. The location of the property was perfect and the residence was very clean. The "flow" of the layout worked great for cooking, visiting, and privacy. Would highly recommend this location.

Perfect location for Ironman!

This property is next to bike course of the event so my wife was able to sit on back porch and watch us race! Location was 15 minutes from swim at lake and 15 minutes from downtown St. George so that worked out perfect! The hot tub in the community center was a 30 second walk away and was great. Loved the place.

Will stay here again, fantastic

The photos don’t really do the property justice, a very nice home. The only issue is the traffic noise as mentioned in other reviews—but it didn’t bother us at all. It is a four lane road, but I like the end unit—it’s got great views, has additional patio space and is super private. I hope we get to stay here again.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Beautiful view but lots of road noise

The property was clean and very nice. It had a beautiful view of the golf course. The downside is we didn’t sit outside long to enjoy the view because this location is right next to a busy highway. It was loud. The busy highway and the WiFi having issues with trying to watch tv were the two downsides.

Great family property

We had a great stay. The property met all our needs. The only complaint, and a minor one, the outside trash cans had a horrible smell when opened, even after they had just been emptied. Opening and closing the garage without a remote opener or code is also a minor inconvenience. My three year old grandsons wants to know when we are going back to our St George house., hopefully soon.

Nice view but loud traffic noise

Beautiful home but the worst beds we have ever slept in. My husband tried every bed in the house and couldn't get comfortable, these beds my be ok for 1 or 2 nights but not 6. The kitchen was great well stocked especially for baking. Very loud traffic noise, next to a very busy road. There was also a very bad sewer smell that seemed to come in the afternoon making it unpleasant to have the sliding doors open or to sit outback. The wifi was almost nonexistent, it cut out every few minutes we had a very hard time watching the world series, we had to revert to an app on our phone. We did enjoy our visit with family in St George.

A Beautiful Home

We enjoyed staying in this beautiful vacation home. The kitchen was a delight for preparing meals. There was an abundance of space for 4 adults, with room for more. The home was very clean. We were in the area for a few days of hiking and found the location convenient for this.
