Escape To St. George is a stunning 1,812 sq. foot, 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home surrounded by the beautiful Southern Utah mountains, nestled in the heart of The Ledges community. This 2-story condo offers a fully furnished and upgraded experience, featuring HD TVs in every room, Wi-Fi, quartz and granite countertops, and stainless-steel appliances. The bedrooms, spacious and accommodating, are located upstairs, while the large master suite downstairs provides extra quiet and privacy.

Create lasting memories in the family recreational room, equipped with 2 twin couch sleepers, a genuine Arcade Pirates of the Caribbean Pinball Machine, and PlayStation 4. Step out onto the partially covered patio and gaze over the natural beauty and breathtaking views of the surrounding sandstone mountains.

For some pool fun, indulge in clubhouse amenities, including heated pools (kids and adult), Pickleball Courts, hot tub, and convenient bathrooms located right across the street for convenient access.

Situated just north of St. George, The Ledges vacation community offers 360 degrees of stunning views and endless trails. With a breathtaking golf course on-site and community perks like two pools and pickleball courts, The Ledges has become a cherished family tradition. LOVED the Pinball Machine and Proximity to Pool/Pickleball

We really enjoyed this unit--especially the fact it's right across the street from the pool and the pickle ball court! AND the fact that it had a pinball machine we introduced our 9 year old son too--he became "addicted" too ;) We had a few very minor issues: like we couldn't see the pool FOB hanging on the wall, some of the remotes had dead batteries, and there wasn't a cutting board, but the management staff was VERY responsive. Highly recommend staying here for a fun family get away--especially if you love pickle ball and swimming and have tickets to Tuacahn (very close). Thank you for providing this home away from home for us :)

Pool broken

We specifically rented a unit by the pool, when we arrived the pool was closed and the sign stated it would be repaired the day before, the pool was down the whole time we were there and no one updated the signs on the pool. We ended up using the pool on the other side but I would suggest better communication. Place we stayed was clean & nice.

New, clean, quiet community. Close to the pool and pickle ball courts. Very comfortable stay. Close to Snow Canyon and walking trails. Wish we could stay longer!

Short Get Away

We were grateful to find this place on such short notice given that our scheduled trip to Maui got cancelled due to a death in the family. We loved the spaciousness, amenities, and design. The only complaints we had were the clear shower curtain in the upstairs bathroom needs to be cleaned or replaced and the temperature control is very difficult to work with.

Beautiful and comfortable

This house was very comfortable and had all of the amenities needed. Zero complaints. The pinball machine was an excellent additon as it became one of the highlights of the trip with every family member trying to beat each other. Well worth staying and look forward to booking again.

Great stay in January

We had a wonderful time at this property! We swam and hiked at the nearby Snow Canyon State Park every day! The condo was clean, the beds comfy, and my kids loved the pinball machine! We will definitely be back to enjoy the sun in beautiful St. George again!

Excellent Experience

A little further from stores and restaurants, but we loved the piece and quiet and the lack of hustle and bustle. Extremely family friendly and a very nice u it with comfortable beds. Will for sure return.

Excellent vacation

The house is immaculate, clean and as beautiful as on the pictures. It has everything you may need, all sorts of kitchen appliances, pots, pans, blender and even a wonderful pantry with spices and other goodies. The property is located across the street from the pool/pickle ball court, very close but at the same time not too close to be noisy. It has a lot of pool towels as well as pickle ball rackets in the garage. It's conveniently located near a main road. We visited the national parks, our favorite was Bryce, but when you are there do not miss the Tuacahn Amphitheater to catch a musical- what an excellent experience. We all loved our stay.

Perfect little getaway

Loved staying here. The house was clean and very well equipped. I was hesitant at first because of the distance from town, but that actually provided for a very nice relaxing trip. The amenities were perfect. We didn't even need to leave.

The Perfect Place!

This property was great! It had all the cooking needs you could want to prepare meals at the home. The master bedroom had ample room and a nice shower. We enjoyed the patio deck, soaking in the sun, while eating lunch and watching people swim or play pickleball. The fact it is right across the street from the pool and pickleball made the stay extra convenient. But the views from the roof deck of Pine Mountain and Snow Canyon topped it all off. Such a perfect place for fun and scenic relaxation!
