I would like to start by saying thank you to Jeannie at NSB she was very helpful. No blender, no slow cooker,, pots are very old especially frying pans. Can opener is from the 50's and very rusted. The toaster burns everything no matter the setting. The stove is rusted in the front, there were piles of sand under the rugs, needs a fresh coat of paint, dining room table too small. The rugs need to be changed out especially under the coffee table and the doors, the throw pillows are very old and should be thrown out also throw out some glasses and Tupperware! the back porch cracks are loaded with sand, their should be a code on the beach gate instead of a key. Lamp didn't work next to couch, WIFI is horrible and not able to conduct any business during our stay. TV no instructions, no Netflix or any upgrade, The sliding door is off track and very hard to open, only one roll of toilet paper for a week, pool area messy: used to be a pool guy daily I did not see one, ...the cost continues to increase and yet the condo's are in terrible condition. The check in was a breeze, the new white bedding was refreshing, the ice maker works great, double beds in guest room are wonderful. The outside looks fantastic! I have several rentals and we keep ours freshly decorated and updated for our guests. I have come here for 45 years and am disappointed in the quality of my room. I wrote this all last year but it did not seem to matter as I got no response. We usually would get 4 rooms for the 4th but my family in the last couple of years said for the price it was not worth the money. We always come on the 4th so I am sure you will always be able to fill the rooms weather we come or not. I would like to come next year but do you have an upgraded room on the ground floor?
