Beautiful home base for Hawaii adventure

The condo was so lovely, we loved being on the ground floor and spent many hours on the lanai eating and lounging. We appreciated all the beach toys, and the thoughtful touches throughout the house. Our only complaint is that a tea kettle would have been nice but we made do! Thank you for creating such a lovely stay, we hope to come back someday.

Lots of room. Large lanai with a great view of the mountains. Fabulous salt water pool and spa. VERY nice bed that was so comfortable. Parking spot is right next to the condo.

Perfect home

My family and I had an amazing time. This house had everything we needed and more. The amenities were great, the WiFi worked well on all of our devices, and the space was large enough for our family. The washer and dryer were a huge plus!! The parking was also very convenient. Mahalo for the great stay and awesome service! We will definitely come back the next time we visit!

Very comfortable

The outside lanai was very comfortable and feeding the birds was entertaining in the mornings. There is one dumpster behind the unit and you will see people from time to time putting their trash in it. It was a nice experience to be there.

Beautiful views of the mountains!!

Bottom floor with beautiful views. We went to the grocery store close by and it was spendy and we were glad to have the kitchen as it’s more expensive to eat out. So we resolved to eat in 2 times a day and eat out once a day. Morning coffee on the porch and a quick walk to the Hilton where you can walk freely up and take a tour on your own. The luau at the Hilton had great food and a fun atmosphere. I would stay here again.

Lanai Sunrises Every Morning

This location was probably the best we've ever had in the Waikoloa Area. It was tucked away and quiet. We watched the sun rise over the mountain every morning from the lanai, which was a great view with the golf course in the foreground. The master bedroom mattress was super comfortable and we slept great. It was fully equipped with beach gear for fun in the sun. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. There were plenty of towels and blankets. There were only a few minor annoyances that might bug others more than me:1. The sliding glass doors slide rough and are really loud. It felt like I was violating the quiet hours if I went outside before 8 am or after 9 pm. 2. The master bedroom shower has no door and the shower head sprays all over the place. The shower dam also has to be squeegeed after every use so it doesn't drain water all over the bathroom floor. 3. If people are staying upstairs during your stay, you will hear every step they make and every toilet flush, which can be disruptive at night. 4. I don't think the master bathroom fan moved much air, if any, making the smell of stinky business linger long after the paperwork is done. All of that being said, we would stay here again. The communication with the property manager was great during our stay. The text and e-mail instructions for check-in made it really easy to get into the unit when we arrived.

Great location. Lots of beach equipment. Kitchen was well equipped. My only feedback would be to have at least some salt and pepper to assist in cooking. Overall- we loved our stay! Thank you.

Nice Family of Four Condo

As described in listing. The general location of the condo is in a central spot. The condo itself is located next to the parking lot and the rubbish. Lots of people using the grass area to cut across to those areas. You couldn't really sit on the Lanai privately, or have a sense of privacy because everyone could see into the living room kitchen area. The pool and tennis courts are only a 2 minute walk from the condo and are very well maintained. There are plenty dishes and bedding for the unit . The issue that we had was the unit although cleaned must have been done so weeks in advance. The condo was locked up so all the bedding smelled musty and in Hawaii you can't keep a unit locked up that long. I would recommend cleaning the unit within 1 to 2 days of a vacationers arrival.

Very good, we loved it!

Our Ohana loved this home.. it was a perfect location & setting and accommodated our needs for what we had planned during our stay. Yes, some things could use some improvements, but who cares when your with great people, in a great home with great neighbors! We will definitely rebook!

Nice quiet condo to spend a few extra days in hawaii at. Pool and amenities were very nice and well kept. Ine of the nicest condos we stayed at out of the 4 on our trip to the islands.

Comfortable and Luxurious!

We loved this condo. It had very comfortable beds and well appointed spaces including a lovely lanai overlooking Moana Kea and Moana Loa (we think!) A nice pool and hot tub right nearby, convenient shops and restaurants with parking and a great beach just down the road. Quite a nice resort community!

Our stay at 136 Bo Tree Tower

The pool at the Shores was the best feature. The prior week we were at a similar priced property that was significatly better in reference to size age, distance to amenities, and cleanliness. Overall we were disappointed.

We so enjoyed our stay in this 2 BR, 2 BATH condo. Everything you needed was provided including coolers, beach towels and tennis rackets. There is a cute little bar “Tropics” within walking distance. Would definitely stay here again

Lovely renovated ground unit. Spacious and stylish.

Renovations were well done, stylish interior design. While there were minor issues with receiving the access codes for the reservation, the issue was promptly resolved by the on-site property manager on the day of check-in.
