I normally don't complain, but this is one time too many. We've used this company for years and the level of customer service has declined significantly. Once again, 3 days before our stay that was booked months before, we find out that a major amenity-the hot tub-won't be available. Was told they'd look into some refund, but haven't heard anything from them and don't expect to.No hot tub availability, no similar unit offered. No discount on pricing due to not having this amenity, just blame it on the HOA. This exact thing has occurred often enough on our stays with this company that my wife even joked 'well, do you think the hot tub will be working'? before our stay.TV remotes with dead batteries in two of the three rooms. Had to go buy some.Fireplace not working upon arrival. Called at 6pm and was told it would be the next day before someone could respond.What, exactly, is the $30.00 'Inspection Fee' for?Prior stay at another building had the hot tub and grill not working. I was aware of the hot tub, the grill never got fixed in 6 nights. Called repeatedly and was told I'd need to contact building management. Pretty sorry excuse for customer service to tell the customer that they need to arrange having a working grill.On that stay they actually called me at 10:30am to ask if I'd be interested in an early check-in. I was nearby so I said yes, I'm absolutely interested in that. Told me they'd call when the unit was ready. So I waited for the call. Called back around 1pm to ask if it was ready and was told they'd need to check with the housekeeper. No call back. Called again around 2:30pm and was told 'yeah, it's been ready for awhile now.' Go to their office at 3:15 to check in and the person has the nerve to want to charge me $15 for early check in at that point. In summary, THEY reached out to me on an early check in and 5 hours later I've still never heard back from them, on a Tuesday,
