Perfect spot for the four of us. Wonderful views. All the necessities of home, AC worked great and the place was immaculately clean, like no sand on the floors which is near impossible at beach front places. Collin is a wonderful host and extremely responsive. Place has recently been repainted inside and out and it looks great.

Great condo and wonderful location!

We had a fantastic stay at this condo! I came with five kids, and it was absolutely perfect for our group. The location is unbeatable — right on the beach with stunning views, and close enough to town to enjoy all the great restaurants and local eats. The condo itself was clean, spacious, and well-maintained with excellent amenities. The kids loved the pool, and having golf cart access made everything so easy — they were able to go back and forth to the beach with no problem. It truly had everything we needed for a fun, relaxing family getaway. We can’t wait to come back!

Family Getaway!

Our family LOVED our stay at Colin’s condo!! It was super clean, comfortable, fully stocked, and the views were amazing. The complex was clean, friendly, and we loved the pool! Walking to the beach was a quick 5 minute stroll (with two small kids), and parking was ample. Our kids were SO sad to leave!!
