Couples getaway

Listing says "hot tub" , but it's a spa tub in the bathroom so I was disappointed when we arrived and checked out the property. Everything else was very nice and exactly as described.

Perfect Little Gem!

This was the perfect little property for my four day stay in Hill Country! It is darling! Sally did an amazing job making it so cozy! She is a very kind and responsive owner. As soon as I walked in the door, I felt very at home. Comfy bed and bath linens. Coffee, cereal and bottled water were appreciated. I felt very safe, and really enjoyed sitting outside at the end of a long day watching the sunset. I highly recommend this property and would mostly definitely stay there again!

A hidden gem with the perfect location

The property was just right. We enjoyed all that Kerrville, Hunt, Ingram and Fredericksburg had to offer with very little travel time. Very clean property at the right price with the best hostess!!! The hostess gave the best local recommendations and was always on top of communication.

Great location and property

Easy to book and great communication with host. Staying here made picking up our campers very easy without any hassle. Great accommodations. Will stay here again.

Wonderful place

Clean, close to Guadalupe River, Hunt Store and Crider’s. Stayed after camp pick up and had a wonderful time.

Comfortable quarters in Hunt

Very comfortable accommodations for our three people! Located minutes from everything in Hunt, Texas. Hostess is thoughtful and communicates everything in advance. We plan to return next summer!

Loved the location it was perfect for where we were headed….very peaceful and quiet…cereal and coffee was just enough for the two of us..would be glad to stay there again if headed that way.

Perfect Little Hill Country Spot

A friend and I were in town for a wedding and this was the perfect spot to spend the weekend and be close to everything on our itinerary. This is a beautiful hill country location and the unit was perfect for what we needed. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again when back in that area.

Great place for two people

It was a wonderful place to stay for me and my wife. It’s attached to the owners house but you would never know she is there. She is respectful and gives you coffee, cereal, snacks. Would recommend to all

Excellent - would stay there again!

Quiet, beautiful, had everything you needed and then some! Even a jacuzzi tub. Sally was responsive and helpful. Huge bedroom, elegant bathroom. All the little extras that make it a lovely stay. If we ever need another VRBO in the area, we will definitely be back!

Weekend trip

Great little suite attached to the side of the main house. Very clean one bedroom, one bath, with a kitchenet. Walking distance to the river and very quiet country setting. As we were packing up two deer walked by to check on us. The host communicates well and tries to think of everything to help make your stay more enjoyable.

Relaxing

My husband and I needed a little getaway from the hustle and bustle of life, a little recharge, and we got it here. This suite was very clean and comfortable. Sally was very sweet and accommodating. She suggested places to go and places to eat. Thank you Sally.

Great couple of days

We were there Sunday pm until Wednesday am. Even though the weather was dreary, our stay was comfortable. Sally had everything we needed. We didn’t realize many of the local places are closed Monday and Tuesday but still had plenty of options.

Spring Break

This property connects to another house , I only heard a lil dog bark 1 time when he or she heard them drive up - supper clean : loved it ! I am handicapped & a grandmother but I had no problems staying here .

Hill country get-away

We chose this VRBO because of the perfect location in the hill country of TX. The bed was very comfortable. The decor was welcoming. Surfaces appeared to be thoroughly cleaned (though I do repeat everything my own Lysol wipes). The only exception was the light fixtures which needed cleaning. We were aware that the only 'cooking' appliance was a microwave, so it was curiously odd that the only dishes available were NOT microwave safe. Simple condiments, breakfast cereals and coffee pods for the Keurig were available. The information provided for this VRBO was accurate, so as long as you are aware of the limitations on the kitchen (no stove or toaster oven and no dishwasher) and are prepared for how you will work around that, it is a lovely retreat into the heart of Texas.
