The beautiful Marriott Harbour Point is located in Shelter Cove Harbour overlooking picturesque Broad Creek and neighboring Marriott's Sunset Pointe. Centrally located, Harbor Point puts you right where you want to be to enjoy all that Hilton Head Island has to offer.

This beautifully decorated 2 bedroom 2 bath villa is the perfect place to relax and unwind. The well furnished living and dining areas are spacious enough to gather with family and friends. Preparing meals is easy in the fully equipped kitchen with a full size refrigerator, dishwasher, and microwave. The master suite has a king-size bed, oversize soaking tub, and separate shower. The second bedroom offers two single beds and a bathroom with a shower and tub. For additional sleeping accommodations the couch in the living room converts to a bed. There are televisions throughout and a DVD player in living area. Enjoy the views of Hilton Head from the fully furnished private balconies and patios. There is an in-villa washer and dryer and complimentary internet access.

You'll be in awe of Hilton Head Island's natural beauty and low country charm and hospitality. The wide sandy beaches are the perfect place to unwind and make lasting family memories. Put your athletic skills to the test on the championship golf courses or on the hundreds of tennis courts available on the island. Easily stay active with the daily activities offered for all ages, bike rentals to explore the Sea Pines bike trails, workout in the the fitness center, or soak up the sun at the two outdoor pools and whirlpool spa, plus a large inviting sundeck.

Any issues with resort service, accommodations, physical plant, amenities, etc. are the direct responsibility of the developer and must be handled through the resort, not Concierge Realty.  Photos are thought to be truly representative of the resort and accommodations.  Any variation from the photo and actual property are unintentional, so guests are encouraged to do their own due diligence prior to reserving. Any variance or disruption including but not limited to renovation, unavailable amenity, change in decor, etc. during the stay, whether announced prior to reservation, occurring during the stay or announced after confirmation, is a matter strictly between the guest and resort, are not deceptive advertising, breach of contract or the responsibility of Concierge Realty.

Note that the images are representative of this villa and that a specific view type is not implied nor promised by virtue of the images. A specific view category must be addressed with rental agent. Concierge Realty reserved the right to reserve any view category unless one has been agreed upon in writing.  The resort confirmation will show the view designation and the villa will be placed within that view category unless, in a rare instance the view will be noted as "not guaranteed" in which case the resort reserves the right to place the guest anywhere within the property.  Issues regarding view within the guaranteed view category are to be addressed with the resort management as Concierge Realty is not responsible for villa placement.
