Wonderful condo with excellent location! Everything was very clean and spacious for the two of us. Outstanding location with shopping, grocery and restaurants just across the street. My husband never moved our car except to drive to Harbor Town to see the NYE fireworks. Highly recommend a stay here if you visit Hilton Head!

Had a great stay in this well appointed condo. Nice view, most awesome sunrises anywhere! Photos represent the unit well. Kitchen has all you could need to whip up your favorites. Property manager was the best ever to work with. Do a bit of research on the location and you’ll find most everything you need is very close by.

We absolutely loved our stay and will definitely rent this unit again. It was perfect for our family and the kids loved the Murphy beds (ages 7 & 9). You will not be disappointed in this unit. Also the master bed is extremely comfortable!! :)

Great condo and location!

The condo was perfect. Very clean and comfortable. Our host was very responsive and helpful. I have stayed in several units at the seacrest and this was a family favorite! The only thing I would change is receiving the parking pass before arriving. We have had hosts mail in the past since parking is very strict and that has been super helpful since the area requires a pass to not tow if you arrive before 4pm. Just something to plan for and keep in mind. Great stay and we have already booked again!

Spring Vacation

The property was just lovely! The Condo had everything and more! The location was perfect. Close to the beach and Coligny Shopping Center. The owner was great and replied to all questions promptly. We had a wonderful time and will definitely stay at this property again!!!

Family vacation

Great unit that has been nicely renovated. Kids loved the Murphy bunk beds. Location of the property was ideal with plenty of restaurants and shops within walking distance. We would definitely rent it again.

Great little gem in the heart of Coligny!

Just got back from traveling with my husband and teenage son and I can't say enough good things about this property. You can't beat the location - on the beach and walking distance to so many great shops and bars/restaurants. The heated pool was a great treat during some of the cooler days during our visit and Pool Bar Jim's is conveniently located poolside so drinks and snacks are never out of reach. The unit itself is very well maintained and had everything you could want. Will definitely be staying here the next time we visit HHI!

Wonderful location

This was our 6th visit to HHI but the first time without our kids and grandkids. Julie's rental was the.perfect match for us. I would highly recommendthis property.

Wonderful

We have been wanting to stay at Seaside for a few years now and it did not disappoint. From the close proximity to Coligny and all the shops and restaurants to Pool Bar Jim’s it was a great experience. Our condo was perfect and it was updated and had a great view. Our host Julie was great to communicate with and everything was top notch. We will definitely be staying here again!

Sensational Seacrest

Beautiful Hilton Head Island is our family paradise! We love being in the heart of North Forest Beach and stay there every year. This year we wanted to try a different VRBO than our usual location and we are sure glad we did! From scheduling our stay and through our stay, Julie was an amazing host. She answered all of my questions and was prompt kind and professional. The condo is beautifully decorated and the view is amazing. The location is in a perfect spot. A very close walk accross the street and you have all you need in Coligny Plaza. Restaurants Shopping and a Grocery store... but the best thing about this property is that we were right on the beach with access to two large pools on the Seacrest property. Park your car for your stay because with this prime location you will not need it. The parking garage is safe and secure with plenty of parking and bell hops and bike racks should you need it. 5 plus atars. We did not want to leave and can not wait to come back.We cant thank you enough Jule. We hope to stay again next year..

Wonderful place. Location is great, safe area and the condo was perfect for our family of 4. The kitchen had everything we needed. Great pots and pans, great utensils and a nice coffee maker. The bed was great. Honestly, one of the best places we’ve stayed. Host was great.

Best Host Ever!

This property is perfect for a couple or just for one person. The view of the beach is amazing and the kitchen is the most equipped I have ever seen. I was able to make multiple sides and desserts for Thanksgiving in the condos’ kitchen. There is only bedroom, but there are several other options for beds in the living room area. There is also a quarter bath in addition to the full master bath. You’re not going to get closer to the beach than this building. Julie is an amazing host and has great recommendations for Hilton Head and the surrounding areas. I would stay here again.

Excellent Beach location

We highly recommend Julie’s condo on Coligny Beach. As first time visitors, the location on the island couldn’t be better. Shops, restaurants, bars and beach are right out the door. The unit is beautifully appointed and well equipped. There is a lovely ocean view off the balcony. We highly recommend renting bikes from Cross Island Bike company. We spent days 3 days exploring Hilton Head on bikes. The trails are everywhere. We will definitely be back.
