Board Games for Families, Keurig & Mr. Coffee Drip Coffee Maker, Blender for Frozen Drinks or Shakes, Ice Maker.

The primary bedroom consists of a King Bed. The guest bedroom consists of Two Queen Beds. Each bedroom has a private bathroom.

The beach is just a short trip down the elevator!

$25.00 is per each car for length of stay. $50.00 for stays longer than 14. If more than 1 pass is needed, please Identify that upfront so it can be prepared for you. I will need to know the last name of driver of other vehicle.

RESORT & CONDO INFORMATION
-Check in time is 4:00pm and Check out time is 10:00am.
-Daily maid service is not included in rental rate, each villa is cleaned prior to arrival & stocked with 6 sets of towels, fresh linen on bed, and a starter supply of toilet tissues, dish soap, hand soap and paper towels.
- Washer and Dryer - you will have 2 pods used for Washing
- This unit is personally owned and you will be held liable for any damage to the villa & contents.
-NO PETS ARE ALLOWED - HOA RULE
-NO SMOKING in Condo or on Patio. Please leave unit and smoke in common open area if needed.
-No motorcycles. No vehicles with logos, company or business names, construction debris, refuse, or equipment will be allowed within the gated community between 7pm-8am. (Resort Rule)
-Local telephone service is complimentary and free for Domestic Calls.
-Rental guests must be 25 years of age or older, or have an adult present in the villa for the duration of the rental period.
