5 Calle Juelaは、Paradise Beach Homesによって専門的に管理されています。

Fun family time in Pensacola Beach

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a fabulous time in Pensacola Beach. The house is a short walk from the beach, but the kids really enjoyed the pool, too. The house had lots of room for us to spread out, and the kitchen was large. Bedrooms provided good space for the family to have quiet time if desired. The roof deck was a bonus and gave us a good view of a fly by of the Blue Angels. The property is in a quiet neighborhood but a very short drive to restaurants and attractions.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was our groups 3rd time staying at this property and overall it was great, 4.5 stars. The location is great with very close beach access and it being a quieter area of Pensacola Beach. The only complaints are the outdoor patio area (not having lights so you sit outside and relax at night) and the pool not being vacuumed when we arrived or during our stay.

Great Vacation

The beds are very comfy, kitchen is well stocked and huge, loved the amazing HUGE couch in the family room and close to the beach. We enjoyed the pool every day because it was so incredibly hot while we were there. Our only negative review is the terrible internet service which is also run to the TV services.

The pool was a very nice feature and when the heat of the day was too much we could find sanctuary in the private pool. The rooftop observation tower was very cool for looking out at the weather and the panorama, as well as the stars at night. We would definitely stay again in the future.

Spring break stay

The king beds are extremely firm and the kitchen could use some new cooking utensils and the grill has seen better days. Overall the house was great and the beach is fabulous. Also, there are beach chairs in the storage area that were not listed as an amenity, so no need to bring or rent your own.

Great location and home

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall the location and property were great. There was plenty of space for 6 older adults, 2 younger adults and 5 kids. The kitchen and living area were very large and there was an extra mid/small fridge and small chest freezer which can in handy. The only issue was the outdoor lights (near the pool) and pool lights didn't work so it was hard to enjoy the outdoors when the temps would cool off slightly. We have already rebooked for next year and I would anticipate the outdoor lighting to be fixed by then. Highly recommend this property.

The Blue Lagoon with Pool

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This property was very relaxing. The decor was gorgeous. Every amenity needed was there. It was fully equipped with glasses, dishes, cookware and high tech appliances. We had a Girls Trip with 17 ladies. The patios and pool made our time the best. The negative things was, there was no elevator offered to us. We had elders that had to climb stairs too many times. The 3 couches in the hallway are not comfortable at all. The pictures looks like they are let out couches, but it’s something totally different. And the garbage was full when we arrived, leaving us no where to dump garbage. We were told that someone would come on Saturday to pick the garbage up, but no one ever showed up. Overall, we had a blast and will visit again.

It sounds like you ladies had a great time and enjoyed the patios and pool. We appreciate your feedback as well. We are available to our guests 24/7 should you need anything during your stay. The elevators in our homes are for medical purposes only but we would have been more than happy to have had someone come over to unlock it for your elderly friends had we known that you needed it. And we apologize about the garbage. The county doesn't pick up garbage until Saturday mornings and you checked in on a Friday. Nonetheless, the garbage should have been picked up Saturday morning by the county. We would have never guessed that they didn't pick it up. Please don't hesitate to call our office next time to let us know and we will be happy to take care of anything you may need. We want all of our guests to thoroughly enjoy their stays with us. My family beach week @ Sandy Crab.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, very satisfied with Sandy Crab Horizon. First time stay. Very clean and nice place, but a few improvements would have made it even better. I considered the cookware selection & cooking skillet to be in poor condition. the blinds to the sliding glass door on the upstairs master room was missing the chain that is used to open/close the blinds & the hardware used to open/close the pocket door was broken. The a/c & all of the appliances, furniture, lighting all worked great with no issues. The extra small frig & deep freezer in the laundry was a plus, along with the "must have" beach wagon. The pool was clean and very nice, especially during those rough sea days. I love, love going to the crow's nest - great views. The office staff was great for pre-approving my check-out time, since no new arrivals were coming in during my check-out day. Thank-you Paradise Beach Homes for being part of my priceless family vacation time. I would recommend and plan to come back every year. Roger K.

Nice vacation home

Rating Details: The property manager was somewhat unhelpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home was nice and up to standard. A/C didn't work when we checked in on sunday. Called the office maintenance came right out and repaired. Realized the next day tv didn't work in master bedroom. Called the office and someone came right out. He said the office would have to call cable company which I didn't understand. I called the office two days later and was told that this had to be schedule and someone would get back with me. On Saturday I went to the office and spoke with the manager. He gave me a $50 gift card and said he would check into it and give me a call. Well,never heard back from him. When I'm paying a large amount of money for a beach house everything should work and if doesn't work it should be repaired in a promptly time.

Great Beach Vacation Rental

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I booked this rental for a Christmas getaway for my family. It was 14 of us total and the house was spacious enough for everyone to spread out. The rooms were a good size, the kitchen and living room were huge and worked out perfectly for us when we all gathered for game night, breakfast and dinner. The home is a few steps away from the beach and has a swimming pool and multiple decks. Unfortunately, it was freezing cold when we went and was not able to enjoy the pool or spend much time on the decks. The pool was not heated which was a bummer. The kitchen offered all your basic necessities to cook so that was a plus for our large group as well. The living room has this really huge fireplace, gorgeous actually but unfortunately it did not work. The only con to our stay was the day we arrived the heater system was being repaired and still didn't work throughout our stay. The first night there, the first floor was freezing cold. We called and they sent 3 heaters for us to use until the system was up and fully running, but it never did. I was disappointed that repairs were being made when we arrived, those should have been completed way before our arrival. Also, a lot of the lighting in the kitchen did not work either. Other than those two cons the place was perfect. Would recommend to others.

Underwhelmed

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was somewhat unhappy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: When we arrived air conditioning wasn’t working. Called the office and they sent someone out to fix it. Apparently they have been having issues with it. Also the refrigerator in the kitchen broke and our food had to be thrown out. Also an issue they were aware, as they had a repair scheduled for later that week but did not tell us when we arrived. If we would have been informed of the refrigerator issue we wouldn’t have put hundreds of dollars worth of groceries in it. When I called the office to tell them we were unhappy the only response was “Sorry, we didn’t know.” We should have been compensated. I will not be renting with this company again.

Great beach house

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything pertaining to the house and it's condition was fantastic. Minor complaints regarding the management company: Main refrigerator needed freon refilled "weekly" according to an employee of the mgmt company. When it died, it took 3 days for them to refill with freon. Maybe either replace it, actually fix it, or be quicker to correct a previously known issue. Also, consider switching to modern keypad entry as opposed to physical keys, which require the renter to go to an off site location to check in and check out. The "key system" is very inconvenient for renters.

A Great Choice!

It was spacious and relaxing and beautiful! We will definitely rent it again!

Beautiful but lots of stairs

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The home is gorgeous but lots of steep stairs. Also the picture online is a little misleading. The is no open access to the beach because 2 more houses have been built in the circle and you have a limited view of ocean. Also we were told we trespassed for walking through a drive away to get to the beach. There is literally no other way to get there. Lots of construction going on around the home. So definitely be an early riser. The refrigerator doesn’t stay very cold and the jacuzzi on the 2nd floor doesn’t work. It’s just a large tub.
