Latitude Adjustment is the perfect family-friendly beach home and offers everything you need for your Florida getaway. This spacious over 2800 living sq ft beach home features 6 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms comfortably sleeping and dining up to 16 guests. Centrally located on Pensacola Beach, Latitude Adjustment is just a short 2 block stroll away from the Gulf of America, and only .4 miles away from Via DeLuna Dr. shops and restaurants such as The Reef, Native Cafe, and Cafe Bistro. Latitude Adjustment features views of both the Santa Rosa Sound, and the Gulf of America.

This home offers a large circular driveway with ample parking for easy access from both Via De Luna Dr. and Avenida 12. The location is ideal for large groups with ease of access for your group's vehicles. The 2nd floor of 3 floors total features a wraparound deck, perfect for enjoying a morning cup of coffee or an afternoon cold drink. Guests can choose from a variety of sleeping arrangements including one king size bed, three queen size beds, two twin-over-twin bunk beds, 1 trundle bed of 2 singles, and 2 sofa sleepers.

The master bedroom includes access to a private balcony and a spa-grade whirlpool bathtub in the master bathroom. The spacious kitchen is fully equipped with pots, pans, and utensils for the chef(s) in your group.

Planning a visit during the Blue Angels Airshow? This home is situated in part of the Blue Angels flight pattern, allowing you to watch the planes bank directly from the balcony.

We offer a 3 to 4-night minimum stay, except from May 30, 2026 through August 8, 2026, when a 7-night minimum stay is required with Saturday-to-Saturday bookings only. Some exceptions can be made based on availability.

Minimum rental age is 25. Renter must occupy the property for the full term of the stay. Reservation holder and credit card holder must be the same person. For security purposes, payments cannot be accepted from individuals other than the reservation holder.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property was very nice but I felt there were definitely some things that need to be updated for the price point charged. The property management company was quick to fix what they could. The living room furniture needs to be updated as it is aged and not supportive. Some of the deck furniture is also damaged or rotted.

Overall a very nice, well maintained property. While traffic on Via De Luna can be noisy during the day while sitting on the balcony, the inside is well insulated from all but the noisiest of vehicles. Access to the beach is very good and within a 5 minute walk from the property.

Our stay was fantastic. The rental was only a five-minute walk to the beach, where we enjoyed the soft white sand and incredible sunrises and sunsets. The house was spotless, spacious, and perfectly sized for the price. We had one minor issue with the door locks, but the host responded right away and fixed it quickly. We’ll absolutely book with this rental company again next year when we bring our family down.

PERFECT IN EVERY WAY

My family stayed here for my son's graduation from UWF, and we could not have been happier. Check in was easy, the house was very clean, the beds were super comfortable, and the location was PERFECT! Great place to stay in Pensacola Beach!

Our family had a great time staying at this home! The location was perfect. Quick walk to the beach and easy to walk to all the shops and restaurants. The home itself was spacious with an open layout and fit our entire group comfortably.

Perfect location, plenty of parking, lots of space! No complaints, but would suggest a few upgrades: new mattress in the master bedroom and a new sleeper sofa in the lower bedroom (both have seen better days). Lower bedroom was pretty musty as well? Could use a constant dehumidification unit. Maybe install keypad for front door as well since keeping up with 2 keys with 15 people was a bit of a hassle. Overall, you can’t beat the location and the short walk to the beach!! Would definitely stay again.
