The house is wonderful and spacious. The pool area is fantastic and we loved using the dock for morning coffee. We had a small plumbing issue and it was resolved efficiently and the communication was fantastic. We can’t wait to plan our next trip to PB.

This is our second time to stay at this beautiful house. it is very roomy and well appointed. Our family enjoys staying on the sound and the pool area is great.

Everything in the listing/description is accurate. The host has a maintenance staff that took care of any issues that occurred very promptly. The host was very responsive. The house is very nice and has a good bay view. Makes for a good sunset by the water picture.

The property itself was clean, comfortable, and in a good location. Unfortunately, there were several things about the overall experience that felt unnecessarily inconvenient.Having to check in in person at an office in 2026 is crazy, especially when check-in doesn’t begin until 5 PM and the office closes at 6 PM. Similarly, checkout is required by 10 AM, while the office doesn’t open until 11 AM.The biggest issue was the lack of basic supplies. For a 16-person house booked for four days, we were provided only one dishwasher pod and one laundry detergent pod per person for the entire stay. Despite guests being expected to wash dishes, and no basic kitchen staples like cooking oil, salt, or pepper. I’m sure other guests are leaving these, so you may as well leave them for future guests. I understand that a vacation rental doesn’t need to provide unlimited supplies or a fully stocked kitchen, but there should be enough basic supplies to reasonably accommodate the number of guests and length of stay. If guests are expected to wash dishes, providing only one dish pod is particularly frustrating.People would likely be willing to pay a little more per person for the convenience of having these provided rather than having to go buy them on vacation. It’s also wasteful to have to purchase full-size bottles or bulk quantities for a short stay. If the goal is to limit supplies then this should be based on the length of the reservation, and we are are paying per day.

We did need to contact management for bedding for the sofa sleepers and we were able to get that same day, so that was great response time. Pool was nice to have with the tiki bar outside with TV and speakers. Living room TV was HUGE. Big hit to watch games. The multiple outside seating areas to relax is a big win as well.

For the house description to boast sleeping 21 the sitting areas are very small as is the dining area. Need to put new umbrellas on the pier & fix the deck so birds can’t build nests right there. Deck had lots of bird droppings when we arrived & throughout our stay even though I swept every day

Truly Paradise!

The house is beautiful and we loved being on the bay side with the deck out back. The water was calmer and easier for the little ones to play in the water. Great Stay

It was a great stay and plenty room for our friends and kids. I would say that it would be nice to stock up on basic essentials like toilet paper, paper towels, dishwashing liquid/dishwasher pods and laundry detergent. We had to go buy our own which wasn't ideal because we were traveling and obviously didn't bring this all with us. The kitchen only had olive oil and no other condiments. The listing did communicate this to us but it still should be mentioned since we were at the grocery store alot. The blender wasn't working and they bought us a new one aswell as propane for the firepit that was empty when we got there. Overall its an amazing house though, very close to the beach and we had a great stay. Thank you for hosting us.

Nice property in need of an appliance upgrade

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The property's pictures were accurate as to the interior of the home and the size of the space. We chose a beach house so we could stay in and prepare most of our meals. When we arrived, the microwave and clothes washer were broken. During our 7 day stay, the grill ran out of propane and the oven broke. During our visit, the refrigerator would alert us to high temperatures. The property management company were prompt to send maintenance over to handle each issue, but it appeared as if the property was furnished with used appliances with a very short life span. I would not recommend this property unless the appliances are completely updated.

Our group had a wonderful stay. The little dock on the water was fantastic. Perfect for enjoying a cup of coffee in the morning or a minute of quiet at dusk. Our large group fit well. The kitchen was perfect for meal prep. We enjoyed a cookout one night and the gas grill was so convenient. The walk to the beach was very short, maybe 10 minutes? Easy to get back and forth. The pool area was so fun, especially with the lighting at night. Overall, a great place to stay for a group in Pensacola Beach!

Problems

The house was great but the dishwasher and dryer did not work and had to be replaced while the upstairs sleeper sofa was broke. They were all replaced but they would only do it while someone was there. I spent beach time every day dealing with something what a waste of vacation time

Aqua Stay

The property shows very well online. Great location; walking distance to beach; and spacious. However, in reality, all soft surfaces (sofa, chairs, beds, outdoor cushions, towels, bed sheets) were severely stained, overly used, smelly and uncomfortable to sit on, sleep or use. These are significant issues if you staying for a week(s). I recommend to the owner to change/ remove the soft surfaces quarterly off season or twice a year for tax write off.
