Loved our stay!

Great property! The condo has lots of great beach supplies like chairs, beach umbrellas and a wagon to pull everything in. It was great to eat out on the patio and enjoy the view and sounds of the ocean. The beach is a long walk so be ready for that, but we'll worth it!

Relax in Paradise

This was our first time staying in Marco Island. We lucked out by choosing to stay at this property. It was in a great location and included everything that you’d need for a relaxing stay. The unit was extremely clean and well-maintained. We would definitely stay here again! Thank you, Len, for sharing your little piece of paradise with us!

Beautiful condo

Beautifully furnished condo. Updated. Very clean and more spacious than pictured. Amazing views of sunsets from balcony.

Best view on Marco Island!

We loved every bit of our stay- Len was a absolute pleasure to communicate with, the condo itself was beautiful, equipped with anything and everything you need. The view is OUTSTANDING overlooking tigertail beach and the amazing sunsets! Only downfall was I wished they had better curtains being a weserly facing condo- putting kids to bed at 7:30 with the sun blasting in between the vertical blinds made bedtime challenging. Other than that we had an amazing stay, will most definitely be back!

South Seas Club tower 4 #908

South Seas Club condo #908 was perfect for us. The condo was clean and smelled great. Len the owner was very helpful with detailed instructions on the rental and hiw to get there. The view of Tiger Tail lagoon from the balcony was amazing, especially at sunset with plenty of seating to enjoy the view and relax. The condo comes with everything you need from kitchen items to beach accessories. Beach chairs, umbrellas, pool noodles, beach towels and a beach cart were an extra bonus. The beach cart came in very handy since the walk from the building to the water is quite a ways. Can't say enough good things about this condo, we really enjoyed our time there and on Marco Island.

Awesome Experience!

Len's property is tremendous. Well appointed and fully furnished, this condo was perfectly located with a view of the sunsets and Tiger Tail Beach. The floor was quiet and the laundry facilities are close by. Will repeat next year for sure. Nice to meet you Len and thank you for your hospitlaity!

1st visit to Marco Island

Our family spent 13 days at this unit on Tiger Tail Beach. This condo is one of the cleanest vacation properties we have ever been to. The beds were super comfortable, there were plenty of linens (including beach towels), and an ample supply of beach gear. The kitchen was well stocked with pretty much everything we needed to cook all of our meals. The only draw back was how huge the beach was and how far of a walk it was to the water’s edge. As a result of this my elderly parents, who were staying with us, were not able to make it to the beach. However, we made the best of it and they were able to enjoy the pool and the spectacular views from the balcony. Len was so easy to work with. If I had a question about something all I needed to do was text or email him and he responded quickly, without me feeling like I was a bother or an inconvenience. Thanks Len for making our first trip to Marco such a great experience. -Jody

Everything we could have hoped for

We had an amazing stay at this property. Everything was in pristine condition and there were great amenities including a fitness center, beach gear, and more. We would certainly recommend this property and hope to return in the near future.

Exceeded expectations

We really enjoyed the stay at South Seas. The property has a great view of Tiger Tail beach and the Gulf of Mexico including beautiful sunset views. However, it is a couple minute walk to be at the waters edge on the ocean. The condo unit had everything we needed including beach chairs, umbrellas, etc. The kitchen was also well equipped and we prepared multiple meals in the condo. I would recommend staying here.

Perfect unit in Marco Island

I’ve been coming to Marco for 4 of the last 5 yrs. This 9th floor unit is perfect for sunrise and amazing sunsets. The well appointed unit has comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and is steps away from the elevator and laundry room. Thanks for a great summer quarantine. Brian Y

Relaxing Vacation in Renovated Condo

We really enjoyed this condo! My family has been coming to the South Seas Towers at Marco Island for 35 years. We love the South Seas Towers and this is one of the nicest condos we have rented during there. Recently renovated, nicely appointed condo. Some condos have a lot of furniture and decorations to the point of being overwhelming or cluttered. But not this condo - it was just right and very comfortable for our family. It also provided a lovely and unobstructed view of Tiger Tail Beach for watching the sunset or sitting on the patio furniture to read on the balcony while overlooking the Gulf. Len was responsive and easy to work with - quick and easy check in, drop box for keys for a fast check out. We would definitely rent this condo again and would recommend it to others!

Nice Unit

Condo was perfect for our week vacation in the sun. Unit was well equipped with everything we needed. Short walk to beach and local restaurants. We had a wonderful time!

Nice place on the 9th floor. View of Tigertail beach and gulf was amazing. Kitchen had most everything needed to prepare meals and all appliances were clean and newer. A/C worked great which was a plus in the July heat and Len was easy and most accommodating to deal with. Plenty of beach equipment for a day at the beach all that was missing was a beach cart to haul it down there. Pool area was large and clean with plenty of lounge chairs to hang out. Overall stay was great and I would return.

Marco Island Vacation

We had a very enjoyable vacation. The condo was nice and very quiet. It was a very relaxing place to stay! The beach was great! So many sea shells to be found. If your looking for a relaxing place to stay than you should consider renting this property.

Comfortable Condo with Great Views

The South Seas condo was very nice, the bed and furniture were clean and comfortable. There are modern upgrades throughout the condo and it has a great feel to it. The kitchen had everything I needed for my week stay. The view from the balcony was the best part of the trip. I travel all over the state of FL for work and this was one of the best views I have seen. There was no WiFi in the condo, but one call to Len and it was remedied. So, be aware there is only basic cable in the unit. This didn't matter to me, as once I have WiFi I can connect my computer to the tv and have all my tv services. Also, the walk to the beach is fairly long. However, the walk is well worth it and the beach is one of the cleanest and prettiest I've been to. If your into shelling, you don't want to miss this seashell paradise. Overall I'd say the South Seas condo at Marco Island was a delightful trip and I'd love to come back sometime when I don't have to work all week.

This was our second stay here, at South Seas,and I have been extremely happy with not only the condo, but with our realtor Len. The condo is decorated beautifuly, updated, very comfortable, clean, and has an amazing view! Everything is pretty well furnished, from towels, kitchen cookware, extra blankets, etc.. We Will definitely be returning again!

This unit was exceptional from the furniture & accessories in the decorating of the unit to all that one would need in a condo whether a short stay or a long stay. The unit was clean, well stocked with kitchen utensils, towels, blankets, & 3 Flat Screen TV's. The view from the balcony enabled us to view fabulous sunsets every night. The balcony was vey large which allowed the entire party to enjoy the views @ anytime. Complex was well maintained & gated.
