Review

Great beach location. Lacks essentials, lacks blankets blankets on beds are like Sheets. Think very basic, clean house but dated. Furniture is dated and so are rugs. Tempered glass doors in bedrooms allow for zero sleeping in, if your an early riser you’ll be happy. Pool in the community is very warm and not well maintained. Great for walking distance to the beach and the snack shack for ice cream and food. Goatfeathers is behind which is nice.

Perfection!

This was the perfect house for our family of six. It was exactly as pictured and so clean. Plenty of space, comfy beds, and all the equipment we needed in the kitchen. We were pleased to see beach toys and chairs to borrow, and the outdoor shower was great for rinsing off. The beach is truly a five minute walk, with no busy road to cross. Our kids loved the pool, which was just steps off the back patio. My favorite part was having coffee on one of the balconies or porches. We also loved walking down the road for ice cream or coffee. Can't wait to come back!

Perfect Beach House

Our family of 5 loved our stay at Daydreamin’! First, beach location. It is an easy 5 minute walk to Dune Allen beach access. Super convenient! Second, 30A location. The cottage is a short walk to GulfPlace and not in a congested area of 30A. It’s an easy drive to Publix/Walmart. The kids thought the ice cream shop (across the street) had the best ice cream around and Goatfeathers had great happy hour specials. The house itself was clean and functional. The back of the house has an outdoor shower and access to the pool. The front porch was not just cute to look at but a perfect place to sit and relax in the shade and/or hold your beach items. Checking out was super easy. No towels to start washing or beds to strip. All we had to do was pack ourselves up! We did opt to bring an air mattress for our 3rd kid versus using the pull out sofa bed, to keep the shared living space as is. We’ve rented many vacation homes over the last 15 years and this one was the full package! We would be happy to stay at Daydreamin’ again!

Nice place

Had a great time in Florida. Stating at Daydreamin' was part of that. Convenient walk to the beach. Only issue we had was the mothball-like smell it had. Not great, but the weather was good and we spent alot of time outdoors.

Great Location!

Super cute beach house, easy access to the beach - just a couple minute walk to the public beach access, and you DON"T have to cross 30A! House had everything we need, perfect size for our family of 4. The community pool was nice to have when the kids needed a break from the beach. Right around the corner from Goatfeathers, so it was easy to take advantage of their Happy Hour specials!

Wonderful Vacation

My family and friends really enjoyed our stay ..the bike and golf cart rental business was so conveniently located to us and it was an easy walk/ride to the beach from the rental ..house was clean and had everything we needed ! Pool was nice as well

Lovely Home!

The home is beautiful. We really enjoyed our stay here, coffee on the patio and balconies, kitchen had all the equipment we wanted (coffee maker, toaster, pans, utensils), This home is a very short walk to the beach, and also walking distance to restaurants and shopping. We've already discussed coming back.

Summer Getaway

June 2017 Stay

This is our 5th year to stay in the Day Dreamin' cottage and this year, as always, was another wonderful stay! We start counting down the days til our next visit the minute we drive away after our vacation. This beach home is beautifully appointed yet comfortable at the same time. We always feel like we have come back home as soon as we step foot in the door. Everything you need to relax and make memories is here. Thanks for everything. See you next year!

May 2017 Stay

Property is exactly as shown in the pics. Lots of room in the home, and everything in great working order. Quick and easy walk to beach and to several local restaurants. Pool conveniently located behind the house, and the neighborhood was quiet and clean. Bike path was less than a block away, and the area felt very safe. Our children enjoyed being able to ride bikes safely in the area. Easy to follow the instructions to check in, and to check out, and we liked the owners kept a book of things to do and recommended local eats, plus having having beach toys, boards, and chairs available for use as well.
