Inside, the first-floor king owner's suite features a private en suite with an oversized shower and direct access to the wraparound porch. This level also includes a second king bedroom and a cozy bunk room, both sharing a well-appointed bath. Upstairs, the open-concept second floor boasts a bright and airy living area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a dining space perfect for gathering. An additional bedroom on this level provides extra comfort.

For the ultimate beach getaway, the third-floor tower room offers a fun and spacious retreat, sleeping six with two sets of bunks. Whether you're here for sun-soaked beach days or laid-back evenings on the porch, this coastal escape is ready to welcome you!

Family beach getaway

The beach house was everything we expected and more. It was close to the beach, the golf cart was a nice addition. The home was spacious and had everything we needed for our stay. I wish we could of stayed longer because we truly enjoyed ourselves very much. There was beach toys, chairs, umbrellas, and more which also was convenient. The ocean was very beautiful, emerald, and clear, not like Texas beaches!! We had a couple small issues but was resolved quickly by our host.

Perfect Family Beach Geataway!

We had the most wonderful stay at this beach house in Santa Rosa Beach! The home was beautifully decorated—modern, cute, and so welcoming. We especially loved the peaceful outdoor patio and the third-floor view of the water. It was the perfect spot for morning coffee or a quiet moment after a fun-filled day.Our group included five adults and kids ranging from 2 to 14, and the house was perfect for all of us. We spent our days swimming, playing in the ocean, and our evenings enjoying board games provided at the property. The host truly went above and beyond—super helpful and made sure we had almost everything we needed for a comfortable and stress-free stay.Highly recommend this place for families looking for a relaxing, beachside escape. We’ll definitely be coming back!

Great location

We loved the property! The location was perfect, easy golf cart ride or walk to the beach, as well as the pool. The location was close to gulf place(left down 30a) but also close to seaside if you wanted to go that way(right down 30a). You are out of all at traffic of seaside and watercolor, but super close to drive or golf cart ride there (will be a longer ride). the house was great for my family and we would definitely stay again! There was also a pack n play at the house which was nice because we didn't have to travel to Florida with it. Chelsea was great and very responsive to any questions I had too! the beach chairs, towels, and beach toys were also a great added plus to the house!

Best vacation!

We had the best time staying at Yes Beach! This was our first trip to Florida and we will definitely be back. I can't recommend Chelsea and 30a Fivestar Properties enough. After reading horror story reviews about different property management/booking companies, I was so nervous, but Chelsea exceeded my expectations and set the bar high! She was so thorough and answered my endless questions leading up to the trip Additionally, she was super quick to respond when I let her know the AC didn't seem to work properly and that issue was resolved swiftly. The house was beautiful, clean, and spacious. There were 11 of us staying, and the kids had a blast and loved the upstairs loft/bunk room. It was beautifully decorated and full of wonderful amenities like kitchenware, bath AND beach towels, TVs in each room, and even board games, puzzles, etc. The location of the house and proximity to both the pool and beach were amazing and the golf cart was an added bonus! When we couldn't all fit in the cart, it was a quick and easy walk to the beach. I was worried about the public beach access being crowded and small, but it was PERFECT! My husband asked if I would do anything differently next time, and honestly, I don't know that I would. This house was in SUCH a great location and so well kept. I would have a hard time booking anywhere else based off our experience here.
