What a sour person to leave a review titled like that... We have worked very hard to ensure that the description is accurate. This property is listed as "4 Bedrooms, 3.5 Baths, Sleeps 16" here on Vrbo. Regarding the sleeper sofas; the description reads "The living area has a sleeper sofa best suited for kids and which can be used if necessary to accommodate the group" and "The master bedroom also has a sleeper sofa to help accommodate larger families" and "hallway connecting the top bedrooms has another sleeper sofa" because we, again, want to be sure we're providing accurate information. We note that the pull out couches are best suited for kids, because they are and no pull out couch is really comfortable for fully grown adults. Nevetheless, we understand that large families with kids often see the property as one that would be a good fit for their group - and it is! For those reading this reply, perhaps ask us about nearby properties and we'll be happy to help you secure a second place if your group is all adults as we can also book the home next door. -- The beach is less than eight tenths of a mile. We've updated the description to say a 15-minute walk. It most certainly shouldn't take over a half hour to get there unless stopped to see the dolphins in the bay or osprey overhead or are moving at the pace of a toddler in which case a stroller may be a good option and we may be able to help have one dropped off. -- Yes, the driveway parking is limited, which is evident of the first picture of the listing, but the designated overflow parking is quite literally across the street. -- The sleeping arrangements are detailed room-by-room in the listing and are as follows; king, queen, queen, double, twin, twin, and 3 sleeper sofas. We figured sleeping capacity as 2 people per large bed and the twin beds only allowing for 1 person each. -- Lastly, our team in Perdido Key is always eager to help should you need anything or your vacation get off track. While they knew that we have an office physically located here in Perdido Key within 10 minutes of the house, this guest did not reach out at any point to our office with concerns or questions. Instead, unfortunately, they apparently didn't look at the photos or read the description and after getting home decided to leave negative feedback. Know that we're eager to help host great vacations. We genuinely want you to have a good time..
