Nice condo for large groups. Inside is getting a little worn and furniture and mattresses are about ready for replacement. Overall it was a good stay with our group of 14. Thanks for the AC, it was blazing hot n humid

Not happy with number of parking passes. Day if check in said6 after I emailed to geg another i was told only 4..yes it said 4, but email Oireceived at check in said 6. Wound up paying 50to Myrtle beach parking for a pass to park kn the street. There was plenty of parking on proprty since high tourist season was over. Other then that, plenty of room to spread out, and it was close to everything. Would stay again.

Nowhere in our paperwork does it say 6 parking passes. It is very clear that there are four parking passes. I even told this person where there was extra parking if she needed it because she could find any. Regarding her last comment, would you invite her back into your house…

Super convenient location! Five minutes from the airport, easy access, hot tubs were awesome and the beach super easy being across the street! The pool table and fooz ball was a hit for the kids!!

Amazing unit and complex

We all enjoyed this unit, easy access to the ocean and to everything. Very large unit, well stocked, comfortable decks, ands great pool area.

Lots of room for the team. No issues checked and had tags for all the cars. Close to the parks. Just wished it had its own grill had to do a lot of walking lol. Overall great trip

The facility has a grilling area but the individual villas do not. Fire code prevents BBQ's for each villa. If you need your own BBQ you would probably have to rent a single family home which are further out and usually two to three times the rental rate.

Love this place by far

I don’t know about you, but if I book a vacation, I read the emails/messages from the host/hotel/resort. This guest had full access information prior to check-in but failed to read the information she was sent. Our on-call property manager read this guest the message that was sent to her, over the phone, including the door code, and then she entered the villa. If you stay with us, please read the stuff we send you, it’s sent for a reason.

A Great Stay!

We stayed for a youth conference at Myrtle Beach and had a great time at this location. It's right next to the beach, has a pool area available, and the villa itself was great. If you're looking for a nice place to sleep at, eat at, and relax at then this is a great option!

Spacious, plentiful beds, good location.

Good location, close to shopping, restaurants and convention center. Condo was clean, linens fresh. Plenty of beds for adults to sleep and rest comfortably. Would consider staying here again.

The condo was as described and had plenty of room for our group of 16. The beach was nice and only a short walk across the street. The lazy river was better than we expected and provided hours of fun for the kids. The neighborhood around the condo was questionable. We did not feel comfortable walking outside at night and there was a smell of marijuana frequently. One night we were unable to park two of our cars in the parking lot even though the owner provided parking passes. Some more silverware is needed in the unit if a large group will be there, especially forks.

We make no secret that the villa is in central Myrtle Beach and is the only facility like this having access to everything MB has to offer as well as provide 3000 sq ft accommodation at extremely competitive rates per person and per square foot. With that comes people and sadly some of the negatives they bring. If you travel to any major city you will run into this. Parking: The offending vehicles were towed making space for this guest. Silverware: If this guest would have called Luxury Beach Rentals, our property manager, they would have brought him some silverware. Instead, he preferred to say nothing to us and complain here.

Great value for a large place

We had a total of 12 individuals that stayed in the condo. We had a great time and close distance to the beach and activities in Myrtle Beaxh. We had a great time!!

Great place to stay

This was very clean, very large condo just across the main road from the beach. In a great area within walking distance to beach, restaurants, surf shops and nightlife entertainment. The only downfall was parking was very limited for larger vehicles, would be ideal for compact cars/bikes, and I expected the pool to be bigger. I would definitely recommend to a friend or family member looking for a place to stay in this area.

Jeri, thanks for the review. There are basically two areas for parking. One, under the buildings and a second area along the access road that runs the full length of the property. Parking under the buildings is very similar to the parking the hotels have, unless they have an outside lot. The Villas access road has room for larger vehicles. Zoom in on Google maps for more detail.

For some reason they send the information to our daughter e-mail, instead of joaniefwilliams@gmail.com We did have problems with some of the Television,upset because they didn’t work , call a couple of times they finally came .Water all over floor downstairs bathroom and on hall.The man came snd empty water out of lock came back the next day with a shop and cleaned up all the water. we we all had a good we all had a good time. The only thing I would suggest is that you may want to get a large skillet for the kitchen to have someway to cook in everything else in the kitchen was very nice. The rooms was very clean and like I said we have a good. We did have a good time and thanks for letting us stay at your vacation home thank you

We send the information to the email address a guest supplies, so if the guest doesn’t supply their email address, then we can’t email them. The TV’s have Roku devices for the TVs, and we even supply a video of how to use them. The first thing the guest did was to crank the AC to well below an achievable temperature and then open the patio doors. The AC froze up and overfilled the condensate catch pan before they called us to fix the problem. This is to the guest, if you have a suggestion then tell our manager while you are there.

Family vacation

For our family we all enjoyed our stay. Everyone had room and space. Great location as we did as much as we could outside or at the beach and pool. Loved the large dinner table as we ate together as a large family.
