This property was just okay. The check-in process was a little strange, as I had to check-in with another unit prior to our stay. The sliding glass door on the top level is broken, and weren’t able to lock it but they provided a 2x4 to keep door shut. The dishwasher was full and the dryer was still running with towels when we first arrived. The main parking space for the unit is between 2 very large trees and made it difficult to park with our large SUV. There’s a window in the shower of the main bedroom and it didn’t have a window cover. We found something in the unit to cover it when we showered. The secondary shower is bizarre and has many different nozzles and shower heads. The bath mats didn’t look clean and not sure how they clean the bigger blankets/ comforters. The check in time is at 5p/ check out is at 10a, and if you want to check in/ out earlier/ later, there’s additional fees. Be prepared to take sheets off all used beds and put all used towels in the washer before you depart. They’ll ask you to start a load of towels in the washer before you leave. If you don’t they’ll charged you. Seems like they want to nickel and dime you over things that should be included. You also have to take out the trash prior to your departure, which they provide you no location as to where to place it. There’s a big trash bin on the other side of the condos, close to the lake. The check-in info was given to me until 2 weeks prior to check in. The departing info was given via email on our second to last day of leaving. It would’ve been nice to have all info prior to booking the property. There’s no beach area in front of the condos, just a dock. Kings beach is a 8 minute walk from the unit. We decided to drive to kings beach and sand harbor as we had too much stuff to walk with. You’re a short walking distance to kings beach downtown area. Bring your fans if you’re staying in the summer months, it gets very warm inside. There was a nice view of the lake from the unit. It was quiet and peaceful.
