Eine außergewöhnliche Villa mit viel Platz drinnen und draußen. Die ruhige Lage nur mit Vogelzwischern und ein tollem Blick haben wir sehr genossen, dafür keine Bar, kein Restaurant fußläufig erreichbar.

Super Villa mit Panoramablick

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Jorge war sehr zuvorkommend, das Haus hatte viel zu bieten. Die Wände sind gut gedämmt, sodass man kaum Geräusche in den Zimmern wahrgenommen hat. Der Pool ist wunderbar, lediglich die Anzahl an den jeweiligen Gläsern und sonstiges Besteck könnte größer sein. Wir können die Villa wärmstens empfehlen.

Absoluter Traumurlaub!

Die Villa Panoramica II ist in echt mindestens genau so wunderschön wie auf allen Bildern. Alles notwendige ist vorhanden, der Kontakt zum Vermieter war jederzeit absolut problemlos. Es gab sogar super Tipps für Restaurants oder Ausflugsziele. Mietauto erforderlich, aber das ist sowieso zu empfehlen auf Madeira. Wir sind absolut begeistert und sehr traurig, dass der Urlaub zu Ende ist.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit toller Aussicht. Allerdings sollte man sehr gut zu Fuß sein oder man wird vieles mit dem Auto machen müssen. Aber super Startpunkt für ausgedehnte Spaziergänge.

Stunning villa with a stunning view but freezing “heated” pool

This actual villa was amazing, and did not disappoint overall. It was absolutely huge, the views were to die for and looked exactly like the pictures. The one aspect that did disappoint however was the heated pool. I was told prior to arriving that the pool is heated up to 26 degrees. Admittedly the weather hadn’t been the best prior to our arrival but the pool was literally freezing, not just luke warm, not just tepid, not just cold even but not an once of heat was in that pool. I was told to wait and it would get warmer but no it was ice cold from the day we arrived to the day we left. Having a heated pool is always a main factor in booking a villa so even though we had 2 warm, sunny days where we could have easily sat outside and used the pool we just couldn’t as it was far too cold. Unfortunately this did impinge on the enjoyment of the villa overall.

Wunderbare Villa

Das Haus ist modern und großzügig gestaltet, besitzt eine wunderbare Aussicht und ist 10 min. per Auto von Calheta entfernt. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit zu jeder Zeit.

Flawless

We stayed in Villa Panoramica II for two weeks in Oct - Nov. We had originally booked Villa Panoramica I, but due to mix up we got Villa Panoramica II, which is a bit higher up in the mountains. We were very happy about the mix-up, because the views were amazing. The surroundings are very tranquil and the place being up in the mountains gives absolute privacy. Supermarket close The house was immaculately clean upon our arrival and the pool heated as advertised. The house had everything we needed. Since we had been to Madeira earlier, we spent a lot of time at the villa and just enjoyed the pool, yard and the views. Jorge was very attentive and replied our inquiries fast.

Excellent Property

From the first day I contacted Jorge he was very helpful and informative. The villa was brand new and absolutely amazing! I have never stayed in such a lovely house. We had a few questions whilst on holiday and Jorge was there to always help. I cannot recommend this enough. It is a definite must stay!

Das Domicil bietet wirklich alles, was man sich nur wünschen kann: + großes, neues, modernes, und sehr sauberes Haus + wunderschöner Ausblick auf das Meer und die Umgebung, sowie die dahinter liegenden Berge + großer Pool, in dem man richtig schwimmen kann + ruhige Lage, keine Durchzugsstraße in der Nähe + top ausgestattete Küche: riesiger Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, genügend Geschirr... + große Schlafzimmer, weiche Betten und große Kleiderschränke + gut geeignet für größere Familien, genügen Platz und Tische zum Zusammensitzen + gut sortierter Supermarkt ganz in der Nähe Wir waren wirklich sehr begeistert und überlegen wieder zu kommen!!!

Very modern, clean villa with lovely pool. Obviously newly built.

The view is wonderful from the terrace, balcony and pool. Furniture and fittings all brand new. Bedrooms all very large and lots of bathrooms. Living area also huge. Fantastic fridge. Outdoor furniture very comfortable. May be useful to have a little more shade. Overall we really enjoyed our stay in this very attractive villa.

Luxury villa between the mountains and the sea

The villa is situated just outside the pretty village of Loreto, it is brand new, enormous, lots of space inside and outside and finished to a very high standard. It is equipped with everything you need for a self catering holiday. It is exactly as shown in the photos, spotlessly clean and quite cool, There is Air con but we only needed it a couple of times. And of course there is the lovely pool to cool down in, (just make sure the cover is off if there are kids around). There is a pool net so you can keep it free from any stray insects. There are plenty of towels (including beach towels) and a large laundry room so you can cut down on your luggage if you don't mind putting the washer on. The area is very safe, quiet and peaceful and the locals very friendly. English is spoken in the shops etc. In the village there is a small well stocked supermarket (the freshly baked bread is delicious), some bars and a lovely pizzeria restaurant. you can walk to the village but it is a long walk back up two very steep hills, in the car it's only about 5 minutes. The beach resort of Calheta is 15 minutes drive away. There is a marina, restaurants, bars, two beaches and a bigger supermarket Pingo where you can buy everything you can even get some hot food here. There is plenty of parking but on the front you have to pay (when it's in a blue box) but it's very cheap. You can hire sunbeds and parasols on the beach for a couple of euros. Once you get used to the roads (they can be steep and narrow) get out and explore there a loads of places to go both in the mountains and on the coast. The villa is perfectly situated for access to both, a car is essential. We had the most wonderful, relaxing time and would definitely recommend the villa, if we could have stayed longer we would have done. We must also mention Jorge the property manager he was extremely helpful and always available if needed. Check in and check out was hassle free. If you have any questions about the area or the villa we would be more than happy to answer them.
