Everything was clean and in excellent condition. If you want to go to the beach,it is a lengthy walk. House is excellent.

Definite recommend - bit of a walk to the beach

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Great stay, especially since we rented bikes. If we had small children it would have been a little bit of a hike to the beach but with adult children it was fantastic. Only few pieces of feedback is that only one bedroom has a tiny tv (obviously there is a large one in the living room). This caused some stress. The grill was in the garage and we didn’t know if we could use it, that was a bit of a bummer. The pullout couch’s mattress is not for backs over the age of 40:) Those are small things, overall we were very satisfied. Place exceeded expectations

The home was well maintained, very clean and had everything stocked we needed for a week vacation. We certainly would book again, without hesitation. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: I’ve been vacationing here for many years. This is the best house in my opinion. Rented it twice now. Clean, updated, yet affordable. I plan to rent every summer if available. Very cozy, clean, on a quiet shady street. Garage space for bikes and beach gear. 3 different sitting spaces in den and large kitchen table. Waking and/or biking to beach easy. We did rent golf cart for my mom and the babies to get to beach easier, which we enjoy using golf cart for riding around.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The location is very convenient and accessible to the beach and variety of different attractions. I would have greatly appreciated if the Internet worked the way it should be since day one. We did bring it to the notice that the instant pot showed in the picture seven and eight of the property was missing and the guy Promised that he will provide me one, but then I didn’t hear anything from him.

I would remind guests that they need to bring their own soap, papertowels, toilet paper, etc as these are not included and if you have to buy on the island they are very expensive. Overall we were very happy and would stay here again for sure!!!

It’s a short walk to the beach, or a short drive to a public parking area. The house is perfect for our family - with three nice sized bedrooms and two baths. The kitchen is nice and big with everything you could need. Add a sunroom and a living room, along with two different places to eat, and it’s a winner. This was our 2nd year staying here and we will be back again.
