This was our second stay at this comfortable and well appointed home. We enjoyed gorgeous mountain and lake views (from both inside and out), along with strong WiFi and all the kitchen amenities we needed to settle in.

Beautiful views from this lovely and spacious home. Everything you need in the kitchen and house is available and CLEAN. Our family had a relaxing time during a very cold week. The various fire options were perfect for our game nights.

Excellent experience overall! The home was outstanding with a spectacular view of the lake and mountains. Multiple outdoor seating areas allowed us to take advantage of the beautiful weather each afternoon and evening. Very quiet and peaceful. The host communication was excellent with quick responses and offers to assist with anything during our stay. This was one of the best experiences in our years of hiking trips to western NC. Great Stay

We spent a week here and enjoyed every minute. The view is beautiful of the lake. The location was perfect. Close to everything we did. We all decided we could come back again next year.

Great stay

House was as described in the listing. Close to Cashiers, clean, great porches and views. Would definitely stay there again. Jeff

We feel fortunate to have lived in many wonderful places throughout our individual and collectives lives - Michigan, Connecticut, DC, Maryland, South Carolina, Arizona, Germany, England and more.

And while we enjoyed them all, we fell in love with this area, and after spending summers here in NC and winters in AZ, we decided to pull up stakes in AZ and make this area our permanent home.

We purchased this beauty home in 2019 and are currently working hard to complete our renovations on this gem. We've accomplished a great deal already, but still have some cosmetic touches and to finish.

We are independent business & marketing consultants - as well as writers/authors with three published books - and as long as we have computers and an Internet connection, we’re in business! So, we get to sit on our porch, listen to music and laughter from folks enjoying their time on Lake Glenville, breathe in the cool mountain air, watch critters, and view the lush foliage that comes with our deciduous rain forests area. We are fortunate people!
