With views over Cashiers Valley and the convenience of being within walking distance to the Village Green, this cozy cottage is the best of both worlds. Home boasts wide plank flooring, exposed beams, a metal roof, marble countertops, and more. The cottage has a light-filled open-concept floor plan with 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. Parking is for max 2 cars please park in front of the house area. Please do not park in any other area then space provided in front of house.
TRASH, please no loose trash in cans. EVERYTHING must be in a standard trash bag supplied under kitchen sink. NO shopping bags used in the can.
Check out time. We have many turn stays back to back. Cleaning needs to be in the property by 10 AM so they can turn it for the next guest. Thanks!

This cottage is wonderful, welcoming and so comfortable! Virtually every detail is carefully curated — from the deluxe luxury hotel-quality bedding to the thick bathroom towels to the kitchen appliances and implements (everything you could want)! I especially appreciated the huge deck with beautiful lake and mountain views. Future guests to beautiful Cashiers, be aware that there is Instacart delivery from a local grocery, but no DoorDash or UberEats. Nor does Amazon deliver to anyone’s doorstep (deliveries go to the local post office which is about 2 minutes away). I do wish the master bedroom shower had a hand-held nozzle, but other than that, this place is a lovely place to spend a vacation! And the property manager/host is very responsive to any questions (when is garbage pick-up? Monday; etc.). All in all, 5 stars!

Wonderful Stay

We had the best weekend getaway at cottage 88. The location is perfect. The cottage was cozy and very clean. Love the fireplace and how easy it was to use especially with the cold weather. Can’t wait to stay here again. The hosts were amazing to work with!

Great stay!

We loved this place! We stayed at both Bustle road locations and they were great for our families to be close to each other and close to downtown Cashiers! The owners were very responsive and the houses were excellent.

Great Spot

Cottage was extremely cleaned and well maintained. Check in process and communication from Laura was great. Really everything was good, no issues at all. Definitely stay again
