La lumière de l'entrée était défectueuse, ce qui rendaient les allées et venues dangereuses le soir. Une latte du canapé-lit etait manquante. 2 rouleaux de toilette pour 3 nuits (3 personnes) c'est trop peu.

L'Aviron "The apartment was easy to find and the host had arranged prior to arrival for someone to meet us. We were showed around the apartment, slight language barrier due to us not speaking French but the host was friendly and helpful and we got all the info we needed. The host also has an online guide for the apartment. The only issue with the apartment is the location directly across from a local bar which meant there was quite a lot of noise while we were trying to sleep. Although there are curtains they let in alot of light at night, there are shutters on the lounge windows so the bedroom would be improved by having these as well. The shower worked well with no issues of having enough hot water etc. Hand soap was provided but no shower gel etc. No ventilation so did smell of damp but this did not spread to the rest of the apartment. The kitchen had everything we needed in terms of utensils and appliances etc. Overall a good short stay apartment that I would use again in the future."

Appartement en excellent état, équipé de machine à café et électro ménager ; séparation des couchages possible. Départ autonome avant 11h, sans trop de contraintes, ménage compris. L'Aviron "Séjour intra-muros très agréable, à recommander. 🙂 L'appartement est très bien situé intra-muros. Il est aussi très bien équipé pour un séjour de quelques jours et nous y avons vécu facilement à 4 adultes. L'accueil et le suivi par CocoonR sont remarquables. Malgré les quelques inconvénients (cf. ci-dessous), le rapport qualité/prix reste excellent. 🙁 Quelques inconvénients ne sont pas dus au fait de l'agence : le bar proche de l'appartement est bruyant jusqu'à une heure assez avancée de la nuit. Par ailleurs, le système d'aération de la bâtisse ne permet pas une bonne aération de la salle de bains et des toilettes. Enfin, le lit d'appoint mériterait d'être remplacé par un véritable lit qui serait sans aucun doute plus confortable."

Il y a une cuisine bien équipée et l'ensemble de l'appartement était d'une très bonne propreté, offrant une expérience agréable et pratique. Néanmoins, il y a du bruit jusqu'à environ 1h du matin à cause du bar qui se situe juste en face de l'appartement, mais des boules Quies font très bien l'affaire. Je recommande ce logement si vous êtes de passage à St Malo!"
