Welcome to this wonderful house in the countryside and discover the beauty and comfort that will make your holiday an unforgettable experience.

This is a 2-storey house with 4 bedrooms (one on the first floor and three on the ground floor). There are three bedrooms with double beds and one with 2 single beds.

Every room and detail is perfectly integrated in the house. Sit down and relax on the sofa in the living room where you will be able to read a good book, watch satellite TV and have a little nap. The house has central heating (gasoil). The kitchen is equipped with everything you might need during your holiday: toaster, blender, dishwasher, coffee machine, electric oven, gas stove, fridge, cutlery and a lot more. There is space to park your car at the patio. Furthermore, there is another kitchen with gas hob, situated in a separate building with BBQ by the pool.

At the terrace, there is a big table with 8 chairs where you can organize summer dinners. Outside, you can swim in the 10 x 5 metre pool, sunbathe in one of the 8 lounges or enjoy a cocktail at sunset.

Can Picafort and Capellans Beach is just a 5 minutes' drive. The fine grained beach is perfect for families or a long, romantic stroll. Lots of bars and restaurants offer Mediterranean cuisine and cocktails. Maybe you'd like to try a tasty Paella with sea views. Towards Alcúdia, you'll find Playa de Muro, a quiet and natural area with a white sand beach and cyrstalline waters. In Alcúdia old town or Pollença, visit the weekly market or walk around the cobbled streets.

Schönes Grundstück aber die Inneneinrichtung ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Der Herd in der Küche hat nicht funktioniert aber darauf wurde erst nach 2 Wochen reagiert und dann ein neuer Herd eingesetzt. Da der Eigentümer auch nur Spanisch spricht war die Kommunikation schwierig um solche Probleme zu klären. Lage ist sehr gut. Viele Orte sind gut zu erreichen.

La finca coincidía exactamente con las expectativas. La casa de la piscina con una gran cocina era perfecta. Hemos estado cocinando aquí toda la semana. Sebastian (el propietario) venía todos los días y revisaba muy discretamente, se llevaba la basura, etc. Podemos recomendar la finca a cualquiera que busque aislamiento a un precio asequible. Lugar espacioso, piscina estupenda, propiedad grande, a unos 8 minutos en coche de la preciosa Playa de Muro (también tenemos un aparcamiento). Disfrutamos de la reclusión de la ubicación y de la proximidad a las hermosas ciudades portuarias (Port Alcudia, Can Picafort, etc.). Estuvimos allí con 7 personas (como familia) y reservaríamos una y otra vez. Gracias a Sebastián por la cálida hospitalidad

We stayed at Ca Na Granada as a group of 8 friends, and had the best time! The big plus of this house are of course the outside amenities (pool, garden) and the separate pool kitchen (with a huge bbq), which we used for every meal. The owner allowed us to harvest as many oranges and lemons from the garden as we wished, and we made fresh juices for many breakfasts. The closest beach in Muro is very nice and the water beautiful, but the scenery at the many small bays around are really the highlight! We highly recommend having a car, as the house is quite isolated from any shops/beaches/ restaurants. The owner came by everyday, but was not intrusive at all and only helped us fix some minor issues/questions we had during our stay. As a improvement point, it would have been nice to find some basic items , like salt/pepper/oil/ dishwasher tabs so that one does not have to buy everything new. We thought the house/garden looked even better then in the pictures and had a great holiday

Wir würden es wieder buchen. Die Hausverwaltung hat auf Hinweise sehr schnell reagiert. Toll!

Großzügiger Schnitt, gut ausgestattete Küche mit Spüler und Waschmaschine. Der Vermieter selbst war bei Bedarf innerhalb von 30min vor Ort und ist sehr freundlich. Es befinden sich in der Stube und einem Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage. Es wäre toll, wenn die übrigen Schlafzimmer eine Klimaanlage hätten. Alle sind aber mit einem Ventilator ausgestattet.

Nice vacation spot

The house location was very good; just in the middle of nowhere. Our neighbourhood consist of chickens, peacock, cats, sheeps, and a bull which I really liked. On the ground, we had also some fruit trees. The pool was big and deeper than expected and so very refreshing. The extra grill house was used by us not just because of the grill but also because the view over the north of the island was very nice. The house itself was ok. Some of the furniture showed signes of heavy usage. The majority of neccessary items where available. The 4 bedrooms which consist of 3 rooms with doors and one open space on the upper floor, had small size double beds (except the open space bedroom). Nevertheless we used one of the rooms with the small beds. When we arrived, we had to defreeze the freezer because it was completely covered with ice. After the defreezing we tried to clean it but decided that we would not use it anyway. In addtion we fixed the faucet in the kitchen as the water was splashing around widely. We also added some equipment which we missed, e.g. cutting boards, trays, bedside lights. Even with some issues at the start we enjoyed the house and the surroundings very much. We can highly recommand the restaurant close by because of the very nice team and very good food.

Review of villa Ca na Granada

Villa nice & big. Swimming pool was lovely, although access to it over the grass was infested with wasps and would not recommend walking in bare feet. Some of the bedroom mattresses were quite badly stained. Main issue for us was the lack of clarity regarding the air con. Only 1 of the bedrooms had air con the other 3 bedrooms we're stifling this needs to be explained as sleeping in summer temperatures was difficult. Overall we had a good experience staying in the villa despite the issues stated.

Really enjoyed the stay but a couple of things: we had to buy soap, tin foil, kitchen cloths, oil, salt and pepper despite only staying for one week. We left this all for the next guest to use. Secondly, the road is in an almost undrivable condition - it would have been good to know this when booking a rental car. Other than that, the home was lovely, pool refreshing, and the quiet was perfect

Wir würden die Finca auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

Sehr schöne Finca auf großem Grundstück. Modern eingerichtete Küche. Wohnzimmer mit Klimaanlage und Fernseher. Wohnzimmer etwas klein für 5 Personen. Im Erdgeschoss 3 Schlafzimmer (2 mit Doppelbett) mit Ventilator. Matratzen waren nicht zu weich. Der Pool und das Nebenhaus mit Feuerstelle zum Grillen waren Spitze. Der Verwalter (wie sich später herausstellte war es der Besitzer) kam so alle 2-3 Tage um nach dem Pool zu schauen - Chlorwerte usw. Er war aber ein sehr freundlicher Gastwirt. Wir hatten unseren Schäferhund mit! Alles kein Problem. Nur wenn ein Nachmieter eine Hundehaar-Allergie hat, ist es nicht so gut. Auf dem angrenzenden Grundstück - so in 20 m Entfernung - befanden sich Hühner. Die beiden Hähne krähten schon mal nachts um 3 Uhr. Naja, habe leichten Schlaf. Bis zum Flughafen waren es ca. 50 km. Manchmal lagen wir in der Einflugschneise. Aber bei den heutigen Motoren der Flugzeuge kein Problem. Nachts war es sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr gut erholt. Das ist die Hauptsache. Wir würden die Finca auf jeden Fall wieder buchen!

Прекрасная большая вилла, три спальни внизу и одна На втором этаже. Территория огромная, со множеством плодовых деревьев и большим бассейном, который подходит для взрослых и подростков, так как имеет достаточную глубину для ныряния. Маленькие дети могут купаться в нем под присмотром взрослых. До пляжа в Кан Пикафорт или Плайя де Муро 5 минут на машине. В доме очень чисто и просторно. Не пользовались почти кондиционерами даже в августе, дом прохладный, на окнах антимоскитные сетки, они позволяли спать с открытыми окнами. Спасибо за отличный отдых!!!

Extended summer holiday by swiss family

Very nice location and would definitely recommend to friends. We got a bit surprised about the gravel roads towards the finca (arrival at night) but then received what has been shown on the pictures, a lovely place in a quiet area and most important, clean house and pool.

Schöner erholsamer Gruppenurlaaub

Es war ein schöner entspannter Gruppenurlaub. Kommunikation war reibungslos, keine Komblikationen, keine Störungen, keine Kakerlaken, sauberes Haus, oberes Zimmer hat keine Tür, geiler großer Pool, tolles separates Haus, Besitzer hat uns einen Kuchen als Geschenk gebracht, etwas abgelegen, dafür Ruhe, .... kann man sehr empfehlen!

A really lovely villa and a great area!

The villa was spotless and we were left a range of fresh fruit, water and milk. The pool was lovely and in the sun all day - with lots of loungers. Our favourite thing was the separate BBQ house - great for cooking and preparing food in the evenings. A car is a must, as you couldn’t walk into town from the villa.

Tolle Finca

Der gesamte Aufenthalt verlief absolut problemlos und unkompliziert. Tolle Finca und in echt war alles noch schöner und persönlicher als auf den Bildern. Ohne Bedenken zu empfehlen - wir hatten eine tolle Zeit!
