Beautiful 2 br/1 bath Oasis in the Convenient and Quiet Broadmoor neighborhood of New Orleans. Our home is about a 10 min drive to the French Quarter/Downtown as well as St. Charles Ave or Magazine St. and the universities, so Uber and Lyft are great options. Freret street is not too far away and has lots of great food, drinks, coffee, and live music. Our large backyard is perfect for having dinner or coffee outside under the shade of our Live Oak!

I grew up in Mississippi but have called New Orleans home since 2015. I own and operate a small oyster farm in Grand Isle, LA which is about 2 hours south of New Orleans. I love to eat and drink delicious things so New Orleans is a perfect place for me. I live in the apartment above the rental so you will likely here me and my dogs from time to time.

The Broadmoor area is very centrally located, there is not alot that you can walk to from the house but you can get anywhere in the city in about 15mins or less. The neighborhood is very quiet and we have some great neighbors. The backyard has an awesome live oak tree to provide shade and there is a grill as well as some outdoor furniture. I have tried to make the apartment feel homey but still somewhat minimal and uncluttered. There is artwork by some great local artists and a few New Orleans mementos around as well. The driveway right next to the door of the unit is shared with the house next door but you are welcome to use it if it is not being used by the neighbors, please do not park in the other driveway though.

the large live oaks on the property are some of the last ones left in the neighborhood and they provide some excellent shade. The backyard has several papaya trees along with some great tropical plants that make it feel very jungly. I am always working on some projects around the property to make things better but I like it like it is too! There is a washer and dryer located in the back shed that you are welcome to use.
