PLEASE NOTE

- For those highly sensitive to sounds - our condo is located on the 1st floor of a two-story building. Occasionally, you may hear neighbors walking by outside, or footsteps from the unit above (depending if it is occupied).

- There are no shared laundry facilities on-site. The closest laundromat is in the town of Kapa‘a, about a 20-minute drive away.

HOUSE RULES

- Kauai style, please REMOVE SHOES once inside the condo. (The sand is sticky and the mud stains.)

- No smoking, pets, or parties

- Complimentary beach gear is used at your own risk. By booking, you accept responsibility and waive claims for any injuries related to gear use.

- Extended Stays: For reservations over 7 days, we require a mid-stay cleaning to help keep things clean and comfortable since there’s no laundry on site or on the North Shore. An $85 cleaning fee will be sent separately after booking.
