Hello Eric, So, this is a tough one but let’s be honest…one of the first questions you asked during the booking process was “is the grill and pool operational?” to which I responded, “we do not have a grill here at the house but the restaurant at the pool club will be open and her food and drinks are AMAZING! They are open Tuesday-Sunday from 11-6:30/7:30” There us no grill pictured in any of the many photos neither is it in the list of amenities of the house so I’m confused as to why you would be “on the impression that there would be”. You must have missed that in our email conversations. I do apologize about the dishwasher’s absence as it broke during the last guests stay and though we had it replaced but it wasn’t working so we removed it and took it off the listing of amenities. Hope you were still able to enjoy the sweeping ocean views and many other wonderful amentthat house had to offer. Better luck on your next stay!

Sherri and her family were some of the loveliest guests we’ve ever had. Very chill, incredibly kind, and all around considerate and conscientious people. Hello Jeffrey. We are glad you enjoyed your stay but are sad to see on our end the 3 out of 5 star rating review from you. Just to be clear, no where in the home’s listing does it state there is a third floor viewing deck. We are currently in the process of building a third floor apartment which was supposed to be finished in December but because of COVID generated supply chain issues, is still under construction. We did stop all construction during your stay. This is not available to guest of the house and is not advertised as being an available option for use. There is a massive oceanfront balcony off the master bedroom (as advertised) with ample seating area for ocean viewing and relaxation. We arranged a transport service for you to and from the airport, had your fridge stocked with requested items prior to your arrival, assisted you in getting your COVID tests, and helped with multiple questions during the course of your stay. A little disappointing for us that your review didn’t show that aspect of your stay. Our apologies that you were not informed of the current inactive construction. It was an accidental oversight on my part and for that I do apologize. Hope your next vacation is a five star stay…
