When you are ready to go out, Jacó Beach is approximately a 5–8 minute walk away, and many everyday conveniences and popular attractions can also be reached on foot.

You can enjoy the town without needing to drive everywhere. Walk to coffee shops, restaurants, grocery stores, shopping, car rentals, and nightlife. When you’re ready to explore beyond Jacó, the Monaco front desk can help you book local tours and excursions. Afterward, return to a spacious gated condominium with air conditioning, free parking and 24/7 security.

FOUR PRIVATE BALCONIES

One of the most distinctive features of the condo is its four private balconies, which bring fresh air and the tropical setting into several areas of the home. Two balconies, one off a bedroom and one off the living area, overlook the swimming pools. They offer pleasant views of the water and surrounding greenery and are ideal for enjoying a quiet morning or stepping outside at the end of the day.

The main living space is bright, comfortable, and designed for time together. Cool tile floors, ceiling fans, generous natural light, and comfortable furnishings create a refreshing place to relax after enjoying the sun and activities of Jacó. Stream your favorite shows on the Smart TV, connect to fast Wi-Fi, choose a book from the small guest collection, enjoy one of the provided board games, or settle in for an easy evening at home.

FULLY EQUIPPED KITCHEN

The modern kitchen is fully equipped for guests who enjoy the convenience of preparing meals at home. Granite countertops and stainless steel appliances provide a polished, practical space for everything from breakfast to a family dinner. A supermarket located in the shopping center directly across the street makes it easy to purchase your own groceries, including fresh fruit and coffee.

Please note that food, coffee, and other groceries are not provided. Having a full kitchen makes longer stays easier and gives you the flexibility to alternate between Jacó’s many restaurants and relaxed meals in the condo.

BEDROOMS & BATHROOMS

The condo includes three separate bedrooms and two bathrooms. The sleeping arrangement consists of one king bed and two queen beds, allowing up to six guests to sleep comfortably. For added sleeping flexibility, a queen-size air mattress can be set up in the living room, with extra linens, bedding, and pillows provided. Restful beds, ceiling fans, privacy, and the condo’s spacious layout make it easy to unwind after surfing, sightseeing, swimming, or after a day trip to the popular Manuel Antonio National Park.

THOUGHTFUL EXTRAS FOR DOWNTIME

Not every vacation moment needs to be scheduled. For slower afternoons and quiet evenings, the condo includes a selection of board games such as dominoes, Chinese checkers, Monopoly, Parcheesi, and more. A small collection of books is available for guests who would rather read and recharge.

In the evening, local mariachi musicians can be seen strolling along Avenida Pastor Díaz or the beach and are available to play songs for a fee, adding a memorable touch of local culture before the easy walk back to the condo.

GUEST ACCESS

The condo is on the second floor and can be reached by elevator. One vehicle is permitted per reservation, with free parking inside the gated property. Only registered guests may stay overnight. Daytime visitors may be permitted with advance notice and must comply with condominium registration and security procedures.

ARRIVAL & DEPARTURE

Check-in begins at 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. The front desk is open Monday through Saturday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM and Sunday from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM. If arrival is after front-desk hours, the security guard can assist with the established after-hours arrival procedure.

The condo uses a digital lock, and access information is provided for check-in. The lock automatically secures the door 30 seconds after it is closed, giving guests added peace of mind while coming and going.

A valid credit card is required at check-in as a guarantee for incidental charges. No incidental charge will be made as long as there is no damage to the property.
