Wonderful! Highly recommend. You can tell that Jim cares about his condo and your stay. It truly was a home away from home with all that was provided. Perfectly situated near Disney and shopping. Windsor Hills is well maintained and we enjoyed the pool, game room, and the friendly/helpful staff. We will tell our friends and family about this condo.
Super fun kids area at pool.
Loved the kids room!
Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals.
Comfortable living room to watch TV and nice table and chairs for meals. The pass through to the kitchen was handy for clearing dishes.

Very clean! There was a very nice pool and splash pad worh water slides the children enjoyed it very much. Perfect place to stay if you are wanting to visit the parks or just relax.

It exceeded our expectations the host was quick to answer my questions.The welcome center along with the pool and water slide were great mt 10 year old really loved it. Nothing to say other we loved it and when we go to Orlando again we will definitely look to book this condo again.

The condo is spacious with two decent bedrooms and 2 full baths, which was perfect for our family of 4 with an adorably decorated Disney room for the kids. The pool and water park area were also great for the kiddos. There is a pack and play and high chair and plenty of towels for bath and pool! We spent the week at Disney parks and were about a 10min drive to Hollywood Studios and Epcot, and about a 20min drive to Magic Kingdom. This is rented through a rental agency, so be prepared to either have damage insurance or give your CC info for incidentals. I assume because it’s through a rental agency, there were 2 rolls of toilet paper in the condo- no paper towels, no extra trash bags, no hand or dish soap, nothing. So be prepared to buy extra supplies if you’re staying for more than a night or two. The condo is on the ground level, which is nice for unloading. However, be prepared to hear noise from the unit above you, as it sounds like they also have heavy wrought iron furniture, so every time they move it’s quite loud. It’s in a gated community, which does make it feel safe and nice. There’s a Walmart less than a half mile away, which was great for grabbing groceries.

The pool at Windsor Hills is always great! Has a good amount of dishes, utensils, etc, but remember to bring your own laundry detergent, dish soap, paper towels, trash bags, if staying very long, toiletries, etc.

This condo was very nice, very clean and quite spacious compared to some of the other Windsor Condos we have stayed in. The host was responsive. The door keypad took some getting used to but we did not lock ourselves out. Check out was also very easy. It was the perfect place to stay for a quick trip to Disney

Great. It was clean. The little water park was perfect for the kids on our off days from Disney. Close to Disney and never had too much trouble with traffic.

Although the it was clearly a little older it was well maintained and clean. Kitchen well stocked with utensils/cooking tools. Could use a cheese grater. Appliances all worked great and the unit temperature was easy to maintain. The furniture and beds were comfortable and clean.Be prepared to purchase basic supplies like TP, paper towels, soap, etc. if you are staying more than a few days.Area was very quiet and peaceful. The screened porch was really nice Overall stay was great and we hope to visit again. Would appreciate a little more flexibility on the checkout time.

Didn't spend much time in the condo because the kids wanted to swim. This really is the best value to vacation on a budget. No need for expensive theme parks when there is a literal water park on the property

Amazing stay

We stayed at this property for 2 weeks and it was amazing. The property is very clean and has everything you need. It was a real home away from home. It’s very close to lots of attractions and it also has ample free parking. The beds were super comfy and we had very peaceful nights. It’s very quiet. The pool and other amenities on site were really clean. We would absolutely recommend this property.

Great Times

The whole process was very smooth, the house was clean, had all the necessary utensils and the rooms were perfect for our needs, we were 4 people, 2 adults and 2 children. The pool is heated, which was a very pleasant surprise, everything was very good!

Just what we needed.

This condo was perfect for our family of 5. We had plenty of space and was perfect for relaxing after a long day at Disney.Location was great and so were the amenities. Would definitely book again.

Our love for Disney world along with all the other attractions the Kissimmee/Orlando area has to offer sold us about the area , What we like is that not only are we close to the attractions , But both coasts of Florida are very close , with in an hour and the Orlando International airport Airport is about a twenty minute drive.The Walt Disney entrance is about 1 1/2 miles , Sea world is 7 miles and Universal theme parks is 12 miles. New stainless appliances (3-15) , New living room furniture (9/15) , New carpets in bedrooms (9-15), Newly painted (3-15).
