Great location and great service!

The apartment was well stocked, clean and the bed was very comfortable. When we had problems with the internet it was fixed within 12 hrs. The service and the location can't be beat!

Location was great. However.... The until needs a major refresh and shows wear. The bathroom vanity is very low and the storage area is rusted and unusable. There was only 1 extra roll of toilet paper and we needed to purchase more. The lighting fixture needed a replacement bulb. Drywall on both sides of the tub needs repair and is leaking. The doors in the closet needs repair and furniture is in need of being replaced.The parking structure seems to be an issue for entering and leaving. There is no one in the booth to help solve the problem and a couple of times, cars were backed up because the instructions were not clear when purchasing the flash pass or the scanning detector was not properly scanning the pass. Frustrating.That said, you can't beat the location. Close to Waikiki but not in Waikiki making it easy to get to other areas if you are here on business. Restaurants, & shopping very close by!Rental office staff was very helpful and was able to accommodate me on a date change.

Good building, great location, but pretty dated unit

We have stayed in this building many times because we know the building/area and love the location. This unit was fine although I would say that the pictures make the condo interior look nicer and newer than it is. The bathroom in particular was pretty old and had quite a bit of rust on the metal fixtures, which made it feel less clean. The bathtub was also old and the porcelain was chipped. But we would stay again because of the reasonable price for what we get when prices in Waikiki are so relatively high.

Mahalo for your review & feedback Carolyn. We love that you like the Ilikai Marina, the location can't be beat! We understand your comments about the dated tub. We are trying to work on getting it renovated, but until that happens, we have worked on making other things in the condo more comfortable for guests; including new 50" smart TV and furniture. We do hope that we can get the bathroom updated in the near future. Happy you'd stay again when you're in Hawaii. Warmest Aloha & Mahalo!
