Near world famous Waikīkī beach. Breezy Waikīkī studio with AC and private lanai. Naturally cleaned with non-toxic products. Features cotton bedding, plush towels, and barefoot-friendly comfort. Walk to beach, dining, and surf.

The space:
Spacious studio with AC, private lanai, and a fully equipped kitchen. Comfortable queen bed with premium cotton bedding, plush towels, and barefoot-friendly flooring. Bright, airy space ideal for relaxing between Waikīkī adventures.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the entire building including the laundry facilities.
Shops, cafés, and dining are steps away. Beach, surf, and nightlife are within a short walk.

Parking: Street parking right outside the building and around the area. Paid parking options in the area.

Check in: Self check-in for convenience. I’m available by phone or VRBO message for any questions or recommendations during your stay.

Other things to note:
Naturally cleaned with non-toxic products. Located in a secure condo, safe area.

The instructions for entering and departing were very clear, and easy to follow. The unit was clean and fully functional, and the view was quite good (although the weather during my stay made the view less relevant).

Host was great, check-in instructions were clear. Place was clean and as advertised. A/c did not work, and we could have used an extra roll of toilet paper, dish soap, and a toilet plunger, as well as an extra set of towels and a small broomdustpan.

Thanks for acknowledging me! Happy to hear that the check-in instructions were clear and that the place was clean and as advertised. A/c works! I think either the power button wasn’t on or the remote needed a battery replacement. Noted on extra roll of toilet paper, dish soap, and a toilet plunger, as well as an extra set of towels and a small broom/dustpan.

The apartment is easy to find, easy check-in (good communication with the host), well located near all facilities and activities (beach, stores, restaurants, bars, etc). The view on the balcony is nice and the AC kept the room cool. We appreciated the filtered water bottle but we missed a coffee maker, toaster and some oil cooking. We also need to mention that the apartment needs a thorough cleaning. F&P, Canada

Happy to hear that apartment is easy to find, easy check-in, good communication with me, well located near all facilities and activities, beach etc. Also happy that you liked the view on the balcony and the AC was effective! Thanks for appreciating the filtered water bottle. Coffee maker: I have the French press, not sure it was there. Toaster I will consider adding as well as cooking oil. I will also look into the deep cleaning. Usually people find the place clean. Thanks! Take care.

Check in instructions were easy to follow. The host was readily available and quick with responses throughout our whole stay. Location was great and an easy walk to popular areas around Waikiki. The amenities in the condo are very simple so depends on how much you utilize those. Good location and stay for the price we paid.

Host was responsive and gave clear check in/out instructions. Only issue was parking, but fortunately there was a nearby parking location in island colony hotel. Room was pretty clean and had all necessary stuff. Also, place is in quite safe area and everything in walking distance. I recommend this place!

The location was very convenient for the beach, shopping and food. We did found it difficult to find parking which was frustrating. The condo was fairly clean but not does need an update. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

👍 For anyone reading, there’s street parking and metered parking outside the building and around the area. Paid parking at island colony hotel in next lane. 445 seaside ave. I tried asking the host how their trip was etc, but no response. Had they asked I would’ve helped with parking info.
