3ベッドルームの湖frontのコテージ。大きな池に十分な間口を持つ節のある松のインテリア。プロパティにドッキングします。モーターを使用しないボート（カヤック、カヌー、手rowぎボート、パドルボート/ボードなど）をお持ちください。

レンタルは毎週土曜日から土曜日までです。
午後4時以降にチェックインします。
午前11:00までにチェックアウトします。

マスターベッドルームにはダブルベッド1台とドレッサー2台があります。
ベッドルーム1にはダブルベッド1台とドレッサー1台があります。
ベッドルーム2には二段ベッドがあり、上部にツイン、下部にダブルがあり、必要に応じてソファがダブルになり、ドレッサーが1つあります。

敷地内に洗濯機と乾燥機。

プロパティは、タングルウッド、ジェイコブのピローダンスフェスティバル、バークシャーシアターフェスティバル、マウントなどに非常に近いです。

Cozy cabin in perfect location

Wonderful little log cabin. Plenty of room for a family of 5. If you’re used to living in the city be prepared - this is not a modern, luxurious dwelling but it has everything you need and is exceedingly comfortable. It oozes charm and the ultra quiet location right on the lake (Big Pond) is postcard picture perfect. The hosts Sarah and David were very responsive and helpful. We highly recommended them and their beautiful home.

Another wonderful stay

Spring, summer and now fall- love this cottage and its location on Big Pond! We feel comfortable and at home while we explore the area. Highly recommend this if you are looking for a peaceful, lovely stay in a great New England location!

Great Stay

We have enjoyed our stay here, especially the location. This is an older home, cabin style, as we expected but it had everything we needed. Our kids like to fish so it was the perfect location for that being right on the water. A bit of a drive if you are trying to be near a city but it worked for us since we were visiting family.

Heaven on earth

This was my second time staying at this charming cozy cottage. There was never a dull moment with kayaking swimming, walking and paddle boarding. We played rousing games at night and laughed more than we have in years. Highly recommend this wonderful spot!!

Beautiful and Magical

This is our second year in your home, and it was just as amazing as last year! Big pond itself holds this magic that simply heals and rejuvenates your soul. This home is cozy, comfortable, and functional. We loved having kayaks to use during our time. The kids enjoyed the dock where they spent hours a day fishing. I highly recommended this home if youre looking to stay on big pond!

Comfy, cozy, connected to nature.

This is a sweet place, three bedrooms down the hall, one large pine-paneled room with windows on 3 sides looking out into nature, and an easy to get around in kitchen. A lovely place to go and relax by the small lake that is right out the back door. Simple, and with all the amenities.

Just the place to recharge and appreciate nature

Check in process was seamless and the property is as stated in the listing. Communication with the host could’ve been a little faster but they were very nice in general. The location is just beautiful and so peaceful it was worth every $ we spent. Very cozy home, beautiful sunrise right outside the door and the water makes things 10x beautiful. Sounds of nature and the silence like no other. Loved our stay. My only suggestion to ensure the space was cleaned a bit more. It wasn’t filthy but needed some dusting. Bedding was comfortable and clean. But I’d totally rent this space again loved it! Thank you for this listing!

Lakeside Heaven

We loved every minute at this warm, beautiful home. It's a bit of a drive to the more well known towns, but that means lots of peace and quiet. The house was clean, comfortable (including our bed!), and we extra enjoyed lighting the fireplace on the rainy nights. The view was stunning. We had everything at hand that we could have wanted or needed. Thank you!

Quiet water front home

The house was everything we needed. Beautiful water views and warm relaxing fireplace. The weather wasn’t warm enough for swimming or boating but we enjoyed it none the less. Owner provided excellent communication before our arrival. We had no issues while we were there.

lake getaway

The house was super comfortable and had everything we needed. The lake was beautiful and crystal clear. Only thing missing was a swim out raft and only because the lake is super shallow which was great for the kids but a swim out raft would have been key. Great kayaking and fishing. Kids loved watching the eagle every day. Beautiful sunrises!! We had a great week with the grandkids and would definitely go again!! If you are looking to be off the grid for a week this is the place for you and your family.

Nice Cottage on Big Pond

The rental process was very easy with great communication with the owners. We had an issue arise at the beginning of our stay but it was quickly resolved. The owner was very concerned and took the necessary steps to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The cottage was roomy with amazing views of the beautiful lake! It was well stocked with clean linens, dishes, silverware and all necessary cooking utensils and pots and pans. The property was private and perfect for our family. It was a very relaxing and most enjoyable vacation! We will go back again!

Wonderful stay at precious cottage on Big Pond

This is a very special property with direct access to Big Pond. We visited friends who stayed here last year with their kids, so we knew it would be a wonderful stay. We enjoyed coffee on the deck overlooking the pond, kayak and canoe rides exploring Big Pond, swinging in the hammock, fishing off the dock, and cooking dinner in the well appointed kitchen and grilling outside. Our kids 4 and 6 yo loved the well-stocked puzzle and games cabinet and we even lit the fireplace for one unseasonable cold rainy day. The owner was very communicative and responsive to our needs and any issues. We booked our stay for next year while we were still there if you need any further evidence.

A beautiful and healing experience

Firstly, i have to say that there is something about big pond that truly changes you. This was our first stay and it will absolutely not be our last. The home was stunning. The wood interior was absolutely beautiful, the decor was friendly and inviting. The home was the perfect size for my family of 6. It was stocked with plenty of pots, pans, utensils, tableware, towels, and a built in water filter which was great because we do not purchase bottled water, cleaning supplies, extra pillows and blankets, kayaks, and life jackets of all sizes. The fire pit near the lake was also amazing. The kids were able to fish and swim and hop over to the fire to warm up during the chilly times. The area itself is so calm and peaceful. We arrived back home after a week stay here and the first thing I noticed was how loud it was at home. The sunsets and sunrises were probably the best site during our stay here. The community itself is also extremely friendly and welcoming. Everyone waves as they boat/kayak by the shore. You can walk through the trails within the private community to see nature at its finest. We fell in love with this home. On a personal note, I lost my father 8 years ago and everything about this home was everything my father loved. From the wood interior, the deer heads mounted, the canoe (he had the same one), the tableware, and the eagles flying overhead. This home helped me to heal and I'll forever be grateful for that. Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us!

We are Sarah, Joel and David Holcomb. We are the 2nd generation to grow up spending summers on this lake. We are eager to share this relaxing oasis and hope you will make happy memories with your family and friends, just as we have.

This cottage was built by our grandfather and great-grandfather in the 1940s. The photo of us at the lake is circa 1976. Our parents had the cottage enlarged and winterized in 1990. They lived here for a time as their primary residence. It’s a wonderful spot for family vacations, a gathering of friends, quality quiet time or a special holiday.

Big Pond is a lovely lake approx 1 mile across, and 1.5 miles long, stocked with fish, and a great place to paddle around. While there are many cottages, it is not overcrowded with people or powerboats. There is a charming village nearby with a country store, roadside syrup stands, and a local ice cream shop. Along with all of the cultural attractions as close as 15 minutes, there are also several small and large ski slopes very close as well.
