これは、プライベートヴィラの最上階にある2ベッドルームのアパートメントです。 メッシニア湾とタイゲトス山の息をのむような景色を眺めながら、海を見下ろす大きなベランダがあります。 ウォーターフロントにあり、海からわずか15メートルの場所にあり、プライベートアクセスが可能です。 アパートの入り口は、外の階段からアクセスできます。モダンな設備の整ったキッチン、40インチのテレビ、衛星放送受信アンテナ、DVDプレーヤー（要リクエスト）、各ベッドルームにエアコンがあります。 4人が快適に眠ります。 安全な駐車場。 アパートから約100メートルのところに2つの小さなビーチがあります。1つはホテルの右側、もう1つはホテルの左側にあります。 また、車でわずか数分のところには他のビーチがたくさんあります。
ホテルはペタリディ広場から徒歩わずか7分です。ペタリディ広場には、レストラン、タベルナ、スーパーマーケット、パン屋、銀行、郵便局、そして毎日新鮮な魚が漁師によって直売されている魚市場があります。 村のマリーナでは無料でボートをホストできます。
ペタリディはカラマタ（25 km）、コロニ（25 km）、ピロス（35 km）まで車で30分という便利な場所にあります。 フィトークンダと同様に、メトーニまでは40分です。 カラマタのすぐ外にある高速道路に20分でアクセスでき、そこからマニまで1時間以内、アテネまで車で2時間です。
特に夏の間は、水泳、釣り、ボート、その他のウォータースポーツアクティビティ、サイクリング、ヒルウォーキング（トレッキング）、乗馬（ペタリディから5分）、テニス（5数分）、ゴルフ（コスタナバリノゴルフコースで45分）など。
近くに泳ぎに行ったり、音楽やドリンクを楽しんだりできるビーチバーがたくさんあります。 文化に興味がある人のために、5月から10月まで開催されるコロニ音楽祭があり、毎年7月にカラマタ国際バレエフェスティバルが開催されます。
見逃せない遺跡である古代メッシーニは、ペタリディから車でわずか40〜45分、ピロスからそれほど遠くないネストル宮殿も45分です。 ポリリムニオの滝はホテルからわずか15分、国際的に有名なヴォイドキリアビーチは車で45分です。

Everything was perfect. The environnement is even better than on the pictures, as the vegetation is now more generous!Rosemarie is the best possible hostess and she always want to help and satisfy any demand.

Wonderful Holiday

We have just spent a delightfully relaxing week in Rosemarie and Vassilis's apartment. The apartment is scrupulously clean, bright and airy and in a wonderful location with all day sunshine and fabulous views. Rosemarie has put a lot of thought and effort into presenting the apartment at its best. She is a very generous host who wants her guests to really enjoy themselves. She has a great supply of guide books and handwritten notes available on places to visit and things to do, and restaurants to frequent. Thank you Rose and Vassilis

Wir haben die Sehenswürdigkeiten und Strände der Umgebung besucht, es hat uns super gefallen. Sehr nette und hilfsbereite Gastgeber, sehr gepflegte Wohnung, schöne Aussicht von der Dachterrasse.Stühle, Schirm und Handtücher für den Strand waren für uns bereitgestellt.

Beachfront apartment with an extraordinary view and starting point for explorations

If you look for a spacious, comfortable waterfront apartment that is equipped with taste and everything you need, has a large terrace with a spectacular view, has easy access to beaches and some restaurants, and serves as starting point for excursions into the history of the Peloponnese or to more beaches, there is no better place.. The host is very charming and can give you lots of recommendations for places to visit.

Des vacances de rêves

Pour commencer, je tiens à remercier Rose Marie et Vassillios qui sont des hôtes formidables avec le meilleur accueil que nous avons eu depuis que nous partons en vacances ((20 ans). L'appartement est conforme aux photos, c'est un lieu paisible en bord de mer, une terrasse immense avec tout l’équipement nécessaire pour vivre dehors. Par ailleurs, pour les futurs vacanciers ne prenez rien (serviettes de plage, linge de maison, lessive...) juste les vêtements nécessaires car Rose Marie a pensé à tout (elle est vraiment super gentille). Nous reviendrons c'est sûr surement avril ou octobre dans 2 ans pour venir faire le plein d'huile et vous apporter une petite bouteille par l'occasion, j'ai déjà conseillé à des amis de venir ici les yeux fermés. Encore merci pour tout. Famille Prieur

I was very pleased to spend time in the apartment. Excellent host and hostess. Very kind and helpful and showed me everywhere in the community that I would need to visit. Supplied great information on touring . Also took me to the most wonderful cafes in Kalamata. They are the best. Thank you .

Amazing see and mountain views in a perfect location with the most incredible hosts

The apartment has spectacular views, you can even watch the sunrise from the bed. Rosemary and Vassilis where the most wonderful hosts and made us feel extremely welcome. They provided us with so much useful information about the whole area and showed us around Petalidi town and the neighboring secret beaches. They also provided us with everything we needed for our five month old baby. We came as guests and left as part of the family.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans cette maison idéalement située à proximité de toutes les commodités mais à l'écart de la foule et du bruit. Les deux propriétaires sont charmants et aux petits soins pour nous. A coup sûr nous reviendrons dans cette maison au confort "haut de gamme" (machine à laver, grande baies vitrées, immense terrasse....). Et si vous avez le bras à peine plus long que la moyenne vous pouvez toucher la mer ;) Famille Gailliègue

So much better than good

The apartment is nailed onto the waterfront; is light and airy with doors to the wide wrap around balcony from the two bedrooms and the living area . Direct sun from dawn to dusk if you want it. Stunning views across the water to the mountains and down the coast - which are particularly satisfying while dining al fresco in the evening Multi-lingual owners Vassilios and Rosemary are charming and kind. Unexpected and welcome gifts on arrival included chilled drinks (including homemade wine) and later in the week a full plate of freshly cooked stuffers peppers and tomatoes The town is a short stroll away. It is laid back and has a little bit of everything. On our last night the town square was packed for traditional dancing The first taverna on the water from the apartment (just past the harbour but which doesn't have a name) is great. Your selected fish will be cooked according to the proprietor's recommendations. Inexpensive. Great value. This was our first visit to the Peloponnese and it won't be our last Highly recommended

My wife and I are well travelled and enjoy meeting and making friends with people from all over the world. We speak Greek, English, Italian and some French.
Our hobbies include boating, fishing, trekking, music, reading and travelling.
My wife and I live on the main floor and we are renting the apartment on the top floor, so if you need anything we are available. However, because the apartment has a separate entrance you will always enjoy your privacy.

The apartment is private , with its own separate entrance. The large, private terrace has a spectacular view of the Messinian Bay and the Mani mountains. It is fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay, including beach towels, beach chairs and beach umbrella. It is conveniently located halfway between Kalamata and Koroni, and Kalamata airport and the motorway to Athens are only a 20 minute drive away.
