The best part of this rental was the lovely view of the mountains and valley from the patio. We enjoyed a lot of time out there. There are multiple hiking trails accessible from the condo. The summer temperatures were primarily in the 70s and it was a delight to escape the heat of the front range. The owner was prompt to respond (other than when he had to wait for answers from the HOA, who weren’t all that prompt.) Overall, it was an enjoyable summer. Bldg “CC” was not visible on the outside of the building so it was not obvious which building to try to get into. The directions were a bit confusing. The condo has not been upgraded and has quite old appliances, sinks, tubs, plumbing fixtures, etc. There was no washer/dryer inside the unit and the laundry was located down one level. There was no luggage cart/wagon to shuttle our things to the condo. The cleaning supplies were minimal, with all-purpose spray that did next-to-nothing, not even toilet cleaner!We were there for the whole summer and extreme renovation construction went on the entire time. We had to go inside from the patio many times to escape the noise of the front-loaders, dump trucks, sawing and hammering. Things will probably be good for the winter ski season but the summer was lacking in amenities and abundant in noise. The “amazing amenities” in the listing were not what we found.
