Beautiful location - house in need of some work

We loved our stay at les juliennes - enjoying the pool and tennis court.A few drawbacks were the trip hazards around the pool and some faulty electrics.

A wonderful stay in Normandy

We had a fantastic time at the property, huge grounds surrounded by fields of horses. A very well appointed tennis court and a great heated swimming pool. The house is spacious with bedrooms over two floors and even a separate out building containing more accomodation. Fabrice and Nathalie were very helpful with any questions we had. Lovely restaurant in nearby village La Picota, large supermarkets 15minutes drive away. 30mins from Deauville and Honfleur. Fantastic!

There was a smashed window with a massive hole in it. The electrics kept cutting out and when they did work they were all wired up wrong. The pump/filter in the pool didn't work.No locks on bathroom doors. Window looking into downstairs toilet. Parasols in the garden were broken with the metal pole sticking out. Loose paving on the patio. The whole house is in so much disrepair.

Everything written by Louise is wrong ! Our house is beautiful and well maintained. But these guys let the house in a very dirty and unacceptable statement

Landelijk Normandie

Lovely place to stay with 4 couples/families. Furniture and equipment could use an upgrade but overall it is functioning. Despite the rain we had a good time, we even could enjoy the swimming pool, tennis court and barbeque. Next time I wouldn't bring the caravan uphill because there is a narrow road for about 700 meter to the house.

Perfect for our family of 11 - wonderful stay!

Amazing views - even more spectacular during the enormous thunderstorm! Wifi is weak but it meant we read, swam, played tennis and played games instead. The house is tired but lovely. 2 interconnected bedrooms were fine for us and our youngest 2 - a torch would be a good thing to pack as the walk from the main house was very dark! British visitors you need to take all your own towels and bathmats and single bedsheets (except for the futon, we took a kingsize) and 4 kingsize duvet covers, the rest single. You will need french pillowcases 60x60cm square. The roads are scarily narrow but we only met one car all week. We made notes on the inventory (which was drawn up sometime ago) as we didn't actually meet anyone. We would thoroughly recommend and want to come back (if we're allowed!) lorna.wells1@btinternet.com

La maison est dans un lieu fantastique, avec un jardin et une vue magnifique.Elle est dans un état assez moyen notamment dans les salles de bain, les abords de la piscine, les peintures s'écaillent. C'est tout à fait acceptable pour passer un bon séjour dans la maison mais il faut le savoir.Les parasols sont cassés, la plancha un peu rouillée. Là encore ça n'empêche pas de passer de bonnes vacances mais il faut le savoir. La cuisine n'est ni ancienne ni récente et assez bien équipée.Dans la 2ème petite maisonnette, une première pièce (avec 2 lits simples) dessert une salle de bain d'une part et une chambre qui ferme avec 1 lit double d'autre part.

La maison est régulièrement entretenue et rénovée, nous venons par exemple de refaire la façade extérieure et le salon. Les tempêtes récentes ont endommagé nos parasols qui seront évidemment remplacés !

Annonce correspondant à la réalité. Très bon sejour familial. Agréable grande piece à vivre. Terrasse avec belle vue. Tres calme. Nous avons tous apprécié. Chambres au confort plus ristique. Ideal pour des familles avec enfants. A recommander.

La maison est lumineuse et la pièce principale est grande et fonctionnelle. Il y avait assez de places pour 12 personnes. La vue également est superbe. Nous avons passé un bon séjour en famille.

Peaceful stay with good tennis court

We had a lovely stay, making the most of the pool and tennis court. The house was traditional farmhouse and was a little rustic in style. It was neccessary to bring sheets and towels. The area was good for cycling on the velo vertes car free routes and was peaceful. We hired bikes locally and arranged to collect prepared evening meals for our group of 11 from a resteraunt Le Tosny in Épaignes. Thanks for hosting us, we enjoyed the holiday.

Het is een leuk huis op een goede locatie. Er ontbreken wel wat simpele details die het verblijf en stuk beter zouden maken. Genoeg stoelen binnen en buiten/ genoeg pannen voor een groep van 10, lig bedden bij het zwembad etc

En pleine nature!

Nous avons passé un très bon w-e entre amis dans cette très jolie maison. Beaucoup de charme, une vue absolument magnifique sur la vallée et de grand espace en extérieur comme à l'intérieur. Deux petites remarques: - concernant le nombre de places: Il y en avait bien 12 mais pas forcément "adulte", notamment dans la petite annexe, parfaite pour accueillir un couple avec 2 enfants mais 2 couples, pas vraiment (la première chambre étant le passage obligé pour la seconde). - côté piscine: un petit investissement dans quelques transats ou chaises pliantes serait apprécié. Mis à part cela, nous recommandons cette prestation que nous avons tous appréciés. Au plaisir.

Un havre de calme

Séjour au top, tout y est : l'espace, la vue verte, la piscine couverte et chauffée, le tennis, et la maison, spacieuse et très agréable. On se sent réellement bien et déconnecté. A noter, un club d'équitation à 10min à pied et le golf Barrière proche.
