Our stay went perfectly as planned. We were actually much closer to the city than I thought before arrival which I was excited about. The room was perfect and very clean! We plan on booking again in the future !!

Clean, quiet, convenient

Very clean, comfortable and good location right outside of downtown. Lyft rides were around $6 during the day and $10-$12 at night to get to and from downtown. The provided free parking was great!

Great location

Location was on point and place was as expected. The only thing I would say is the mattress needs to be replaced as it sinks in by the head board. And if you stay more than a week provide more supplies and better cutting knives ;) Good thing I brought mine. Really depends on needs. But overall great little place;)

Apartment near university district

The apartment was clean and tidy, check-in was easy, the kitchen was stocked with the basic things needed to make and enjoy a meal. The property seemed a little remote at first, but after staying a few days, it was actually very central. A half hour walk or 10 minute drive will take you to many of the popular spots around Nashville, making the apartment relatively central without the noise or crowds of being downtown.

Perfectly equipped, Rental with everything you need

This rental was clean and updated and had all of the items you needed down to every utensil, pot, towel, hairdryer, coffee property manager was super responsive on any needs and concerns. The only downfall was this is in an area with high construction and you can tell these new units could benefit from some additional insulation. When guest were directly above us, you could hear their footsteps and furniture movement. If they weren’t ready to go to bed, had a reasonable hour, it was a little inconvenient. Location was out of the way of the big city, but you could get to everything within five minutes.

I am from Dallas and I'm not afraid of what you can normally expect in a big city. This place is in the hood. The property is not gated and there is no security on site, despite the sketchy location. Crackheads wandering around all night. Vehicles tearing down the street at all hours, right outside the bedroom window. So loud. We barely slept for a week. The front door is locked from the inside, no key, probably because of the neighborhood. No furniture on the patio (despite special instructions to 'cover the furniture'), no place to sit outside. The upstairs neighbors were so loud we thought someone was being beaten at 2 AM and called the cops. They never showed. Spoke with the property manager/owner the next day; they were very nice and apologetic, talked to the neighbors, and said to call again if there was more trouble. Same thing again at 2 AM. Called and was told there was nothing they could do. They told me to call the cops again. Very disappointing that they didn't even have a way to contact these people to tell them to keep it down. I've never written a bad review but this place is not where you want to stay on vacation.

Not a good stay. Need to work on parking

Someone was parked in our designated parking spot. We parked where we could but all other spots said vehicle could be towed and it was. Management can’t do anything if someone has your spot so we were told to park across the street, which ended up being a block to walk. I’m on oxygen and specifically asked about stairs and close parking for that reason. I missed one of my appointments at Vanderbilt due to this issue. Also loud music was played by neighbors and my husband had to ask remote to turn down after we called management to have it handled. The bed is very low to the ground and the couch is as well. Not a comfortable stay for us and there were Bugs in the bathroom 3 different mornings

Rating Details: The property manager was very unhelpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My experience overall was decent. Management was awful at responding.. I messaged multiple times and got no answer. Parking situation was brutal.. it’s assigned parking but yet someone was parked in our spot the entire stay. We had to park in someone else’s spot and hoped not to get towed. Thankfully we didn’t! The bed is very hard and uncomfortable so if you have a bad back, I would not recommend. There was a nasty stain on the couch that didn’t looked like it was attempted to be cleaned. I find it a little weird that we had to take out the trash to the dumpsters at the end of the alley but yet we pay a cleaning fee? I’ve never had to do that before. If this is acceptable for you, then I would recommend. Otherwise, probably not.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The condo is small, but very lovely. We had an issue with parking as spaces are assigned with threat of tow, but no one seems to park in their assigned places. The person that manages the emergency line was very helpful when it came to this and other small requests. My main complaint is that I was charged twice for my one week stay. Playlist Properties was quite unresponsive to my request that they issue a credit, to the point that I had to dispute with my credit card company 11 DAYS after the original charge. They are still awaiting a response. I can't imagine what I would have done if I had pay with a debit card. What a nightmare.

Property was broke into

We got there and it had been broken into. The property agents did put us into another place which we appreciated but it hadn’t been cleaned. We had multiple days waiting for communication which came , but was not what we expected and there was no final follow through.
